Flight Rising Coli Builds 2.0

I had noticed that the original list of Coli Builds made by @/Starrybrow was not being updated, due to the user being inactive. Their list has been a great tool for other FR users, and is one I constantly refer back to when statting and stoning my L25s for the Coliseum.

Therefore I have decided to revamp the lists and offer up a new thread that can be more frequently updated with build that people can choose from.
