I've got a good amount of evil dragons
Mavra is more chaotic neutral than evil and tends to enjoy causing problems without/between clans. He also has a tendency to blow things up for the fun of it.
Durzra basically built a cult based around getting revenge on dragons who wronged him/the other members. All the members are personally selected by him and tend to have some strange abilities (his is to see/manipulate magic in the area. He also is rather skilled in dark arts).
Sanctus fought/started a whole war to try proving she was a chosen one in a prophecy (which she lost). Her followers in her own kingdom she created afterwards believe/worship her as a deity for her looks and abilities (despite losing) due to her manipulating them to think she was powerful enough to be a real deity. During the war she didn't even fight until the last battle and let her legion members die for her cause.
Asuras is a demon who was once a dragon and was summoned by Lucifi to aid the tundra in rising to power (not that it was needed). He tends to create strife amongst those in power and craves it for himself. Most dragons in the clan have no idea he exists.
Lucifi is the empire's second in command and leads one of the sub-clans. He's the sort of villain who did what he did for the good of the clan to help make it stronger. Due to this, he accidentally created an
emperor (more in their bios). He's since redeemed himself... at least for the time being.
E.Z. is also a demon or potentially shade-touched dragon. He speaks a strange language at times and sometimes dragons who cross him or break deals he forges with them go missing.
Tantris is a prince who had his throne taken by a younger adopted sister. He started a civil war over it and plans to start another war to take back his birth right. The guardian has also killed several of his own trainees in order to stop them deserting or because they weren't strong enough to pass the training.
Kai started out as a good dragon and was raised by his adoptive fathers with his adopted sister. However he became a
little over protective and vengeful towards them, especially as they began dying. He killed other dragons who murdered his family and kidnapped two hatchlings before leaving them to die when his plan to kill the pack he stole them from in revenge failed.
Ribos is one of the hatchlings Kai kidnapped. He and his 'sister' survived and while she was forgiving, he took the path to revenge. He created a pack to hunt down and kill Kai (and Soraka given he saw her as a traitor for not joining him). His plan failed and now his son and grandson are locked in prison with him for their crimes while the rest of his pack either died or disbursed upon being defeated.

And the emperor because while he isn't consciously being evil they are rather destructive/'villainous' in the view of my other dragons.
Their lore isn't written yet, as I'm still formulating how to write it. But it's definitely coming soon!
