Biography
First impression of the dragon above you wrote:
A blood mage with an unquenchable curiosity for the arcane. Operates by moonlight to perform his rituals. A mysterious figure, but surprisingly benign despite his predilection for questionable magic.

Durzra is a sorcerer.
He manipulates magic as it was written in his blood. It’s his profession, he never thought of doing anything else. Why would he if he’s already a master of all sorts of dark magic?
During his childhood, when he was just a novice, one of the spells he was training caused a damage to his eyesight. His pupils changed, but his ability to see clearly did not. Contrary - he stated that now he sees even more, he notices as the magic flows through the living beings. One day, he even said that he can touch the connections pulsing with energy with his own bare paws.
From that day, everyone became aware of him and his unusual abilities. This leaded to avoidness, so at some point Durzra became alone. He didn’t mind tho. He knew that now he was in possession of a great knowledge and he was going to master his skills to perfection. He did not need a teacher, as he was a teacher to himself.
He stayed in the place he was living anyway, not caring about the suspicious gazes landing on him. He already knew he was powerful, the chosen one, and everyone around were weak against his penetrating eyesight. It became his pride and he wasn't ashamed of showing it.
He’s a very manipulative dragon. He knows how to speak people, how to make them do what he wants. He often uses others for his own benefits. Not only his spells are mastered, but his speech as well. He would travel to other villages, gather a crowd and tell wonders, lies dripping from his tongue like poison, just to impress his listeners. They would trust him, of course, because he’s a magican, he travelled the whole world (at least that’s what he says) and they would do anything he says in order to keep their village out of trouble.
If you ever start a discussion or argument with Durzra - you’re already on a losing position. He always knows what to say and he always wins.
As for side interests, he loves astrology. Even during his childhood, he would lay on a roof and gaze to the sky, wondering how the cosmos works and how was it made. He always had a lot of question nobody could answer. Some even called him ‘strange’ just because of his unnatural curiosity.
Now, when he’s all grown up, he keeps a telescope in his house and pulls it out during every cloudless night. He can stare through the lenses the whole night, not even noticing whenever dawn draws near. He makes a lot of drawings and calculations - he creates maps of the night sky and calculates trajectories of everything what moves (his eyes allow him to do so).
He wonders if there’s magic flowing in cosmos as on earth. And on the day he finds his answer, he knows that he’s the most powerful sorcerer all around.
