I even participated in the skin and accent contest for the first time to make the accent they are pictured with (that I should have as an UMA within 5-7 days). I love how it matches the Earth primal gaze. I love my OOAK boy Esmerald, and he's a perfect fit for this! He's a miner and gem trader with a nose for finding rich mineral veins and the knowledge to know when they're worth selling and when they're better off traded for something else. He's a very old banescale that was found by my clan, frozen in a huge chunk of ice for who knows how long (though some speculate that it was from the battle between banescales and gaolers). When free from the ice, he seemed to have mysteriously gained ice magic. He now travels Sornieth with some of his clan members to find (and potentially rescue) other things and creatures trapped in ice. He loves traveling and is very familiar with the deserts and arid conditions of Dragonhome, so he's often the one to travel to the Grand Exchange when the clan needs to purchase something from there. She was a desert carving of an undertide from eons ago discovered recently by an archeologist. The archeologist took a great liking to this ancient statue, and rubbed a bit of their magic on the statue's nose for good luck - and as a sign of affection. Several years later, Valmai is brought to life, born from the magic the archeologist gave it over the years. The now living undertide acts as the archeologist's assistant.
