Biography
This Bio is mostly an incomplete collection of odds and ends.
Nickname: Elith
Epilithicus (a name referring to epilithic lithophytes - plants that grow on the surface of rocks)
Phytosociologist with a particular fascination with mycology and how the mycelium network of mushrooms tie local plants together. Also a lithophyte enthusiast. Gender-fluid.
This world beyond The Loop contains so many new experiences and delights.
A trio of auraboa set off together not so long ago, intent on exploring the world of Sornieth beyond the loop and boughs of The Behemoth. They have not wandered far as yet.
Rejoining the loop in shifts, they have all settled together in a cozy cottage just big enough for three with a little size-changing magic involved. Perhaps one day they will move on, but for now, they are content to take their time nurturing the wilds and various gardens on and around their new home.
It was Lisia who first wanted to stop here. She spotted an unusual herb and discovered the trio's future cottage den for sale nearby. The other two are always hard-pressed to deny her anything. Besides which, each very quickly found their own fascinations and projects. Lisia now tends an herbal garden and is learning of their various properties and uses in both cooking and potions.
Dian quickly discovered a newfound obsession with mushrooms and bioluminescence in particular.
Elith, meanwhile, took their time enjoying everything this new side of Sornieth had to offer. Ever particular about details, they soon realized with delighted surprise that every plant and mushroom fit together around and on their new home, like a miniature model of The Loop. Many organisms as one, all communicating their needs and various dangers through the mycelium network of local mushrooms.
Nothing has ever fascinated them more. They have since become obsessed with phytosociology. Especially as it all interacts with the mycelium network. They also have a soft spot for plants that manage to thrive on rocky surfaces. The lithophytes, from which they took inspiration for their full name.
