I mean, you have a definite aesthetic in your main page and post layout so surely that means it extends to your lair too-- it'll be nice to flip through the tabs and look at each dragon, and-- [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/UucEeEX.png[/img][/center] [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/9QuzTI0.gif[/img][/center] [i]w h y . . .[/i] ------ [center][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/58315995][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/583160/58315995_350.png[/img][/url][/center] the first thing I look for in a lair when doing these things are dressed dragons -- my eyes scour over lairs like a hawk searching for prey, any clashing tones or vulnerable little things more than obvious in my sight. The moment I see something, I swoop down and shred into it, and this guy just made it [i]too easy[/i]. I could go on an on about this monster lad, how his tea obsession and late-evening bathrobe say too much of his character, but the fedora -- oh god that FEDORA. [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/SawMCsb.png[/img][/center] he is the living, breathing, all-terrible version of the m'lady meme and it was so blantantly obvious that I feel CHEAP leaning on it, but alas -- it had to be done. I was the one to fall on this sword. Tundras confirmed for fedora trash 2020. ------ [center][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/60682453][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/606825/60682453_350.png[/img][/url][/center] I can't tell if the dragon is called birb here or if it's just a perch shaped like a dragon with all the birds being the actual creatures. The fact that he seems to come from a lineage of other birbs does NOT help either. His brothers and sisters are all called Bird, his parents are Birb, are they all just cuckoo birds who laid eggs in dragon nests and tricked them into raising them? They're skydancers, so they're basically just overgrown birds, maybe they assumed the birds were simply runts? I have too many questions and not nearly enough answers, yet at the same time I cannot bring myself to delve into this any further. [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/LktipxA.png[/img][/center] ------ sometimes people use their hibernal den as a shame corner for all the dragons that don't quite fit in, sometimes they use it as extra storage, sometimes they use it as their main lair -- I don't judge on that! But Sometimes. Just Sometimes... I come across absolute shrek monstrosities like this lady. Why is she there, why does she linger, why does she have a skin and a SPEAR. WHO ARMED THIS GAL WHEN HER LOOKS DO DAMAGE ENOUGH. Who in their right mind looked at those colours, those colours that NORMALLY GO WELL TOGETHER and said "hrm, let's just.... choose the genes that clash the most with each other. But wait, [i]wait[/i]--- not only that, let's throw a maroon skin on top just to add that extra little pop of colour." Look at her now. She had potential, she didn't ask for this fate and yet here you've locked her away in her shame. There's no lore, no actual apparel, nothing to even explain why she is as she is and I now live in fear that this absolute unit of a pasta noodle is going to hunt me down in my sleep. ------ [center][img]https://i.imgur.com/iBSuWUn.png[/img][/center] most of your dragons are undressed, unskinned or just wearing a scarf and I have to wonder, is your lair a nudist colony? Are your dragons opposed to the feeling of fabric against their scales and fur? Do they throw away the shackles of society imposing social standards on them and the expectations that come with it? For heck's sake, not a single one of them is wearing pants and yet a MIDDLE AGED TUNDRA is able to wander about in his evening bathrobe sipping tea and calling everyone [i]M'LADY[/i] in the middle of the night. Are they all like this? Do they all just take turns wearing the bathrobe? Do they ever wash it?
