I'm USD only at the mo, due to, well, *gestures at the world.* After I confirm your order, PM me your email and I'll send a Paypal invoice.
If I can't finish your art or you change your mind before delivery, I will refund between 100% and 50% of the price, depending on how much work I've done already.
If you get your art and decide you don't like it or don't want it anymore, I will gladly do revisions, but will not refund for finished and delivered art.

When I say artistic liberty, I'm asking if I am allowed to play with the design. If no, I'll draw as closely to the ref as possible. If yes, I may slightly alter the proportions/colors/etcetera to fit my style of drawing. For FR dragons this will probably mean differences from the base art, such as different horn shapes, mane lengths, etcetera. I will do my best in all cases to make sure the character is recognizable, and will happily do revisions if I end up too off base.
