I'm Hex, also known as 'Snacks' outside of FR. I've been lurking around flightrising for a long time and have explored a lot of its different corners. I'm currently just living out my elderly fr years admiring other people's lairs and trying to fine-tune some of my own stuff in G1 hell. Currently working from home, so my time on fr is a little hit-or-miss. I can either be checking it every ten minutes, or I may not see it for an entire day. Who knows anymore. Recently went through some medical stuff which really hecked up my memory: if I don't reply to a message or ping within three days, please feel free to reach out again -- it's likely that I meant to and then my brain decided to just shut down for the day. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ is x dragon for sale?
━ if they're not in my sales tab or hibden collecting dust, then probably not, but I'm always okay with inquiries on permas. Sometimes I fall out of love with dragons rather suddenly and purge massive sections of my lair at a time, so I often put people who are interested in specific dragons in their bios so I can let them know if I do end up letting them go.
I know how easy it is to fall in love with a dragon in someone else's lair :clown: so don't hesitate to reach out to get notified if a certain dragon goes for sale or if you'd like to put up an offer. The worst I can say is 'not right now' and I can always just add your name to their bio! ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ can you put this dragon on hold?
━ I'm more than happy to take a dragon off the AH and send it to you in a PA instead, which is really the equivalent of a 1-week hold. Beyond that, I'd prefer to discuss things beforehand. I don't like to do more than 1-week holds for dragons less than 500G, and prefer to max out holds at 3-weeks just because so much can happen in life to throw a wrench in plans dsfgjhsd
⠀ ⠀ ⠀ do you accept partial payment in treasure / gems / etc?
━ I always accept treasure at the going rate based on forums ( tends to be around 1:1000 because math ) and eggs are great! I will also accept trades for wishlist items or anything needed for current projects. I don't like to trade for dragons though because I'm a picky heck with weird niche taste when it comes to each colour.

━ absolutely! my prices are always mostly a guideline for things, I'm happy to discuss prices and drop things lower. Just keep in mind that I'm not super willing to drop things beyond 30% though ; w ;

━ unless we've interacted before either over PMs / Discord / etc, then I'd rather you not send a random friend request! I have a lot of weird anxiety with stuff ( medical ) and tend to overthink a lot of stuff when it comes to strangers without prior contact. I know that sounds like a bit of a weird explanation, but it's the easiest way I can explain it fdsgjkhfsdkg my brain is hecked up and I'm trying my best to still look after it while enjoying online content.

━ heck yeah! tell me someone was on the front page, share memes, send stupid jokes, whatever! I love seeing little notifs of people popping their heads onto my page and engaging with others that way. That being said, I do clear comments on my profile fairly frequently -- it's no insult intended, I just sometimes get an itch to tidy things up!

Please do not interact / send messages on a personal level ( intent to be friends / get to know one another ) if you're a minor though! It isn't that I don't like chatting with kiddos, but that sometimes it can be a little difficult to keep on top of at all times. Obviously, if we're friends already and you're a Childe :tm: then that's fine! Just please understand that I'm an adult and talking with kids online can be a little awkward.

okay I left that there as a placeholder and then forgot about it, but it summarises it well: love beasts, big gnashy teeth and big claws and pawbs. Eyes where they're not supposed to be and skin too tight or too loose around the bones. Gimme absolute body horror and I'll still wanna scoop them up and give them each a little kiss on the head. A lot of my own dragons are weird monster mixes of creatures either currently living in our world, extinct species, and prehistoric species. There are very few of them that are true to FR lineart because I am a terrible menace that goes 'yeah I love this so much but what if we made them three times the size and with a face that would make my mum faint on the spot.' I JUST LOVE MONSTERS AND BEASTIES AND HYBRID THINGS HHHHH ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ pearlcatchers?
