hi I'm hex and I'm getting back into art stuff after a long hiatus, so I decided that I'd finally treat some ? hopefully most ? of my dragons to some proper headshot references since most of my dragons on here are beasty things that don't match og linework
I'll be keeping things pretty lax and loose in terms of art so I can experiment more with shapes rather than refining them too much, so if you're expecting big shading and colorwork and stuff it's... uh. not here rip
these are all going to be the same forwards-facing portrait, but mixed experimental since I'm also using this as an excuse to try new brushes and textures! so profiles but,,,,, I guess it'll evolve as I get more comfortable with some things!

anyway! others are more than welcome to post here if they want, I'll also be sharing progress on my tumblr too -- all art is my own, etc etc, hence why I'm plopping this into creative rather than quests.
