The Chaos Mage eyed her bottles with interest. This was a new development. Did it mean that the magic in the Forge was changing? Or was something else at play here? She gathered her bottles into a group, and settled down watching them, preparing to wait until they cleared of the odd fog. She glanced around quickly, then hurried over to [b]Samhain[/b], who was still patiently watching the fog-filled bottles. Twitching her tail in annoyance, the golden Coatl glared at her Clanmate. “Where on Sornieth have you [b]been[/b], Samhain?” The gentle dragon’s voice was filled with a strange annoyance as she addressed the other dragon. “You know you’re not supposed to go off alone!” She snapped. “Duskshadow has sent out half the Clan to look for you. Please don’t tell me you’ve been here staring at bottles all day long!” Samhain turned her head to look at her new companion. It was somewhat surprising to see [b]Amber[/b] away from the Caves and her precious rocks and stones--and clearly the older Researcher was not enjoying the experience at all. Well, if she had been sent off searching for an errant Clanmate, Samhain could well understand the irritation. Fortunately, she had an easy answer to the problem of keeping the annoyed Coatl at bay, courtesy of something she had overheard Fuller boasting about earlier. Flexing her wings, the Chaos Mage straightened up from her crouch over the bottles. “I have been waiting for the magic to reveal to me what I received from my lighting attempts,” she told Amber calmly. “There are quite a few different types. I’m hoping for a few Bats, but I wouldn’t mind one of the Stone-Cataloguing Cindershrooms, either. I could do a lot with a golem with that particular ability after all.” “Stone-Cataloguing Cindershrooms?!” Amber blinked in shock, completely forgetting what she had been about to say. “There is a magical creature that can sort stones?” The Clan’s top Stone and Mineral researcher whirled around, staring at the bottles. “How do I get one?” Samhain smiled in triumph. She walked gestured almost lazily to Fuller and the Forge. “Just place a few Embers over there, and try to light up some bottles,” she said. “If you’re lucky, the magic will give you a shroom.” Amber didn’t hear anything else. She was too busy hurrying over the nearest table, digging you Embers as she went. She had just enough to make [b]20 Tries[/b]. Surely that would be enough to get a Cindershroom…[/i] Sending the Embers now!
