Niah spent her formative years among the centaurs of the Maplemark herd, who she met in the Everbloom gardens. Learning song, cooking, anything they cared to teach her, while one of the herds' own learnt from Niah's tribe.

With Fionne's departure during the Wasteland crossing, Niah stepped into the role of Mafu's eldest, and dedicated herself to the tribe's traditions.

Although what remains of the tribe has started to set down routes, their Light neighbours, and her parents themselves, encourage continuing to experience and grow. So Niah was part of a group that visited the Ashfall Wastes one Flameforger's, to participate in Blasterchef, growing closer to all she went with.

One of the least chatty of the siblings, Niah considers herself closest to Comu, who shares her concern for the welfare of beastclans, but for some time refused Fionne true conversation.
Once she's decided upon a course of action, she intends to see it through without vacillating.
