Neonsunrise22 *cracks knuckles* buckle up cause I got lots to say.
Let's start with Breccan. Now, normally I'm not fond of ancients because I love to dress my dragons, but the beautiful contrast here just... caught my eye. The dark primary paired with a light secondary, and white weathered? He looks absolutely stunning and eyecatching. Somehow, even his fire eyes don't look too out of place on him, despite being way out of the color pallet. In general, just a very stunning dragon.
You'll find I'm a sucker for light colors, particularly greyscale, and Alaska fills that role perfectly. Not only does she have orca as her secondary giving her that nice dark mane, but moon primary is just such a soft shade of grey. Female tundras have always looked incredibly soft and gentle to me, and these colors even more so. The cozy outfit you have saved in her bio also does wonders for that vibe, so kudos to you.
I don't know why Love caught my attention really, I'm not usually big on pinks. Maybe its my obsession with slate and related colors, particularly with jaguar, but I'm really rather fond of him. The blue tints in coral toxin work in surprisingly well with the cool tones of slate and orca, though also clearly compliment coral itself. All in all, a wonderful and interesting dragon.
Obligatory love for the every matchy XYY Justice. The brightness of lemon contrasts so nicely with the darkness of obsidian, and I even find myself fond of the textures in facet this time. Normally I associate wasp with its secondary bee, but facet is quite complimentary here, a little gentler in the texture than bee would be. Justice is a quite fitting name for the vibes this boy gives off.
Of course I have to give love to Kuru... Aesthetically speaking, he's a wonderful mix of warm neutrals and pale whites with his apparel, which fits quite well with the plague aesthetic overall. I love how peridot stained gives him a sorta washed out look, which really helps with sanguine's richness in comparison to berry. His outfit is nice as well, I've always enjoyed how chest wraps work on male mirrors, and the fact that the wing chitin is used as a brace is a wonderful piece of lore! His lore as well, chilling and interesting for sure. What an interesting concept to work with, and done very well.
Sky is just so pretty!! I love robin as a color, and it pairs so well with moon here. The silks are a wonderful soft touch, and the ice apparel fits nicely with her aesthetic. I love how well she matches her familiar, they even are in the same pose! Her title sparks such a vivid image for me, and I'm left quite curious as to the full extent of her lore. That quote you have in her bio is inspiring as well, I would love to know more about her!
I haven't got to expound my love of autumn colored dragons yet, have I? Well, October here will be my place of love I guess. I love clay as a color in general, its such a unique shade of brown that blends into purple and red, and here it acts as a deep, almost shadowy primary that makes the warmer tones of his secondary and tertiary pop. Looking at his plans, I can say savannah will do him justice for sure, such vivid markings!
Serotonin is very accurately named imo... Once again, I Really love stone, slate, and related neutral tones, and the way its paired with the turquoise range of blues if beautiful. Mint is a nice level of freshness, and spruce a darker tone that matches well. If his bio plan is accurate, he will look absolutely beautiful eventually! Stained really works well here, subtle as it is.
Thicket might be convincing me to make another bard with a male tundra, that apparel works so damn well on him! The different shades of green in his secondary all match his apparel really nicely, and the fade of camo brings such a lovely shade of beige into the mix. Okapi is quite fitting in this case and does an amazing job at pulling everything together! I usually find Okapi too overpowering and hard edged, but not so much in this case. All in all, a lovely place to end my rambling.
You have a stunning lair! Thank you for sharing!
