Once called Nuada, he traveled to the Clan as a young adult looking for a gorgeous Fae female. Upon meeting Titania, he fell instantly in love, and took a new name to reflect his choice. He is equally impressed by all the other females in the Clan.... It seems that the name Oberon may, indeed, be an extremely appropriate one for this irrepressible flirt of a dragon.....

9-9-15: All the females look so beautiful.... But Titania can be extremely persuasive when she wishes to be. There are now 2 eggs waiting to hatch, and Oberon's wandering eye has been halted--for the moment.

9-14-15: The eggs have hatched, and Oberon considers his duty to his first "mate" accomplished. She now has two lovely children to dote on. Now about those other females....

11-17-15: Oberon's Budwing Morpho has Awakened! Perhaps the strange fairy-like bug will come up with enough harmless fun to distract Oberon from bothering all the female dragons....

4-3-16: Every King needs a Herald--or so Oberon told Titania when he brought home his new companion from the Mistral Jamboree. The Hurricane Herald seems to be fitting in quite well, making lists for Oberon of all the eligible females--er, friendly allies--in the Clan....

7-1-16: The Hurricane Herald, Breezy, has Awakened! Oberon would be more pleased for his friend, but at the moment he is too busy ducking Titania's swipes at his head. It seems she was not impressed with certain lists she found in Oberon's sleeping area.....

10-17-16: In the midst of Oberon's dodging and flirting, he was somewhat surprised to realize that both his children are fully grown, now, and looking for new homes. His daughter, in fact, has already found a home in an Arcane Clan run by Krynne, under the name Elysia. Oberon is quite impressed with her choice, and wishes her well, even as he wonders how long it will be before his son strikes out on his own as well..... Perhaps next time he should spend more time at home with his hatchlings so he gets to see them grow up--ah, but that lovely Skydancer is so enchanting.... and the Mirror looks particularly mysterious with those nice flames on her wings.... and that Guard--ouch!

10-22-16: Titania's love tap convinced Oberon to spend a little time with his son, and as a result the younger Fae almost missed his rendezvous with his new Clan. Eventually, however, Oberon let him go, and the boy is now happily settled in the Arcane Clan of BlueAlphyn885. Though he does not yet have a name, he is clearly happy, and Oberon is pleased that his son has found a place to call his own at last.....

11-12-16: Oberon's love of mischief-making and flirting seems to have found a kindred spirit--- though not, yet, another dragon. One of the Clan's Mistral Minions has been watching Oberon's antics, and apparently decided that he liked what he saw. While Oberon was visiting with his Hurricane Herald, the Mistral Minion floated between them and initiated a familiar bond. Oberon is finding this new familiar extremely interesting., and looking forward to having a new "servant" to aid him in his plans, whatever those may be....

2-28-17: The Mistral Minion has Awakened! Oberon is pleased that his somewhat pushy friend is completely mature at last, and waiting to see what he does next....

3-24-19: Oberon has set off for the Mistral Jamboree this year, wishing to get a look at his old home, and perhaps try out those new gusts, courtesy of the changed direction of the Twisting Crescendo....
( )...and now Oberon has a fascinating new friend to play with! Perhaps the Hippojay will wish to bond, once they find somewhere to relax, away from the crowds... ( )

3-25-19: The Hippojay was quite willing to be bonded to Oberon, and is now celebrating his choice by doing loops through the sky...with Oberon on his back...oh dear...

...and now Oberon seems to want to use his new friend to attract some attention...this...mgiht not be a good idea if Titania should happen to show up... ( )

3-30-19: Unfortunately for Oberon, Titania, has, in fact, found him, and is in the process of telling him off royally for his behavior. Even the advent of a beautiful Skydancer performer has not diverted her attention from her angry intentions—though the dragon in question certainly DID catch Oberon’s interest. The arrival of the Clan Father, however, might be a different story… ( , )
Oh boy…it looks like Moondust is thoroughly fed up with the antics of both Faes. Hopefully he will calm down soon...

6-21-19: After a rocky start--and a stern talking-to from Moondust--Oberon settled down, and began to truly appreciate his newest familiar. And now that friendship has reached its next level: the Hippojay has Awakened! Oberon is very happy for his companion, and looking forward to all the more complicated flying that they can now do together...

3-25-20: Oberon and Titania traveled to the Cloudsong Celebration this year, and it did not take Oberon long at all to get up to his old tricks, much to Titania’s fury. He did wait until that intriguing sword performance ( ) was done before attempting to wander off, but apparently, that was not enough of a delay for Titania, as she made her ire quite clear--or tried to. Fortunately, Oberon was able to distract her with another performance, this one being put on by a most intriguing male Guardian Wizard ( , ). In fact, Titania was so intrigued by the Wizard, Oberon actually managed to slip away and have a pleasant “chat” with a most accommodating Pearlcatcher…

3-29-20: The Mistral Jamboree is winding down, and most of the dragons of the Clan who went to the Festival are relaxing, enjoying a few last-minute shows. Unfortunately for Oberon, however, his pleasure has been interrupted by an extremely irate mate. It seems that Titania managed to bump into the pretty young Fae that he was showing around earlier, and somehow managed to get the entire wrong impression… ( , )

…Fortunately, Oberon does know his mate very well, and was able to assuage Titania’s anger with an oath sworn upon his Warrior’s Honor. As she knows he would never lie after making such a promise as that, she calmed rather quickly. And Oberon sees no reason to tell his jealous mate about the harmless hug, and the gentle kiss, he gave that pretty Fae before she rejoined her own “weyrmates”…especially since Titania is now, of all things, suggesting that perhaps she should check out that foolish Guardian Wizard who could not even get a single spell right the whole time he was performing… ( )

5-29-20: It’s time for the Greenskeeper Gathering, and this year Titania and Oberon are heading into the Labyrinth to have some fun. They have heard about a special chess game, where the winners get to keep the pieces… ( )

5-30-20: It turns out that the “Chess Game” was actually a show and tell quiz of sorts, where the winners got special chess pieces as prizes. The two Faes were not at all disappointed at this, however, as neither is really any good at Chess. But modeling as a Nature Rep Dragon for their Clan? That they can do… ( )…And now they both have a beautiful Black Chess Piece for their Trophy Shelves! Too bad it’s the same one for both of them, but at least Titania is now suitably distracted from thinking about that idiot Guardian from Wind Flight ….

6-21-20: Happily, a new idea in the Clan has completely driven the Guardian in Wind Flight out of Titania’s mind: The Clan has decided to attempt to induce a hatching once a month of an Unhatched Egg, timing each one to coincide with the Festival that egg belongs to. The very first hatching, on the first day of the Brightshine Jubilee, produced a dark male Fae! Titania was quick to name the little one “Puck” and claim him as her son. Oberon has been just as quick to point out that the mischievous little one needs a father as well…..and so, for the moment, neither of the oldest two Faes looks like they want to stray, and the Clan is breathing a collective sigh of relief, even as they welcome their newest member to the Clan--and brush up on shield spells to keep the more dangerous items away from this extremely powerful mischief-maker…

4-1-24: On his annual trip to the Cloudsong Celebration this year, Oberon made the acquaintance of an unusual new friend. The Hornworm Viperpillar is at all like his typical companions, but the Wary creature warmed up to him so quickly -- and helped him to distract Titania from noticing Lifeanth so well -- that the old flirt simply couldn't resist....
