I found a traveling dragon while looking for fodder on the AH [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=29959251] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/299593/29959251_350.png[/img] [/url] I was milliseconds from exalting her when I realized, so now she's sitting comfy in my lair before I give her some lore and maybe send her back to the thread--her original clan is inactive so ^^;; Also. It took me a year and then some to decide what to do with this girl. But! She's now got a bio and lore blurb! @Akatora Ohh, I love your lore! I appreciate Hektamun's ancient Egyptian vibes (which by his name I assume are intentional?), and I like the way you've incorporated his multi-gaze into his lore.

I adore Blythe even more, though: I certainly have a soft spot for curious not-quite-dead things, and I absolutely love the way you've incorporated sensory details into her not-quite-remembering. I always find things like that - scents and feeling - really deepen the effectiveness of things that are meant to be sort of uneasy, or half-remembered. She won't remind them. It benefits her that they don't remember.
I LOVE the sinister ambiguity here. It tells me so much while saying very little explicitly.

Gwynhyvar is wonderful too, I love once again how you reference things subtly rather than mentioning them explicitly, and several of your lines jump out as particularly illustrative: She is a figurehead, but a little girl fills big shoes slowly is particularly lovely.
I just love this line: She is brutal in the way nature is. There can be no mercy for those who lack the strength to support themselves, I think as character very dear to me could be described in similar terms. Not evil, but just are what they are, with this very brutally honest way of being. She seems a very strong leader, if also doomed to a life quite lonely.

Highly doubt I'm getting anything done because it's a work day, but if I do work on anything, I think it'll be non-FR related because I got ideas for characters I got aaa,,,

I'm currently revamping my lair lore for my profile - good way to revise for English!

Today I'd like to finish up the bio for my cartographer, Yselda. Maybe afterwards I'll write one for either Hyperion, Yselda's wife Isoda, or my demon Eirostle.
