LadyOfTheSkies' Clan

On the edge of a forest where sunlight streams between the rustling leaves of birches, dragons bustle around an eclectic collection of buildings. In the center rises a tall library of sandstone brick, with stained glass windows illuminating the work of scholars inside with rainbow colors.

This clan was originally founded as a home to those dragons who did not feel like they belonged anywhere else, from castaway hatchlings to those who felt out of place in their original flight. However, as the unnamed clan grew, the leaders became more aware of the problems outside their territory. Though they had before supported the Lightweaver, agreeing with the light doctrines of philosophy and truth, Lyriana especially noticed that the constant wars of dragons only served to hurt those around them.

The diplomats of the clan sought out the leaders of local beastclans for alliances, in the hope that a long term peace could be brought to the continent, and that all creatures could preserve their civilizations. Some more radical dragons of this alliance believed that the beastclans should instead fight back against those who took their land and destroyed their culture, and instead of forging friendships forged weapons, and trained to fight against their own kind in the battles which they foresaw. Despite the tensions within the clan, currently the multiple factions of the newly named Forswaelan Coalition work together to help the beastclans: scholars, researchers, diplomats, spies, warriors, and mages all reside in this humble lair of the Sunbeam Ruins.

Random stuff about me: I like reading fantasy books, (fav. authors are currently Brandon Sanderson and N.K. Jemisin), playing the cello, writing the first chapters of novels I never finish, and drawing with varying levels of success. I'm a big nerd and I love Dungeons and Dragons and other roleplaying games. I'm also interested in biology and theatre. I'm currently addicted to caring for my virtual dragons and watching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
