If you click the Login button on a page that has you logged out, it should give you an option to refresh your session. You can also log out from a page where you are logged in, and log in again. This maintenance took less time than anticipated so you may not have hit a page that fully logged you out during that time!

Hello all, we have made some changes to the way the Organize Party page communicates with our servers. This change specifically affects the act of modifying your Coliseum party (adding/removing/rearranging dragons). We hope this will fix the issue you're experiencing (Norton generating a false positive) as a result, and without requiring you to manually whitelist Flight Rising. Please let us know if this has improved things for you or not. We understand this has been a very frustrating issue interfering with many players' enjoyment of the Coliseum during Night of the Nocturne and we want to thank you for your patience as we work towards a solution.
PayPal gem purchases are tentatively enabled again. We will be monitoring to see if errors continue to occur. As always, please send a Contact Us ticket if gems do not arrive within 24 hours of purchase.
PayPal gem purchases are temporarily disabled due to intermittent technical issues on PayPal's end. If you received an error message during a purchase recently, please rest assured that you will either receive your gems or you will not be charged. Credit Card gem purchases remain unaffected.
Hello @quinnelope -- Thanks for the report. I think this is a side effect of us feeding players' dragons after the maintenance ended today. Since even dragons on inactive accounts were fed, we have many more dragons to "tick down" now than previous to the maintenance. The time it takes should eventually normalize again with time!
@Lutnik We found the root cause of the problem and we ended up having to restart the game again. It should be good to go now! Thanks for the heads up, regardless!
Runestones of the Arcanist, Shock Switch, Jigsaw and Tidal Trouble had to be restarted due to a misconfiguration. We apologize for the interruption to in-progress games.
@ChekhovsGunman It could be that they were born at different times on the same day -- for Swiftbrood the first cooldown requirement is calculated down to the second rather than rounded to the day. Try again a little later in the day and it should work!
We have done our best to track down the Veilspun dragons that got the 25 day breeding cooldown instead of the 20, even those that used a Swiftbrood Boon. I believe the dragons you both linked to are correct now. Let me know if something still looks off. Thanks!

When you say it works when you send one or two at a time, where are you sending them? Or, put another way, what button or link are you clicking that is resulting in the problem? Do you get an error message?
While I'm sorry I don't have an immediate solution to your issue, I wanted to share some information we have on it. One of our team members has been encountering the same issue starting at the same time, and we spent a fair amount of time investigating. In their case, it appeared to be a networking issue in the Internet infrastructure between our hosting provider and them, so there is not a lot we can do about it. It does seem to be improving slowly although it is still an intermittent issue. I am hopeful that it will be resolved in the near future.
Sorry we don't have a quick fix for this one but I hope that helps some!
If you click through to the last page of the tutorial pop-up using the right arrow button on the bottom right, reach the final page of the tutorial and click the checkmark button in the bottom right, the pop-up should go away for good. Apologies for the frustration!
You should be able to apply Scroll of Eternal Youth to a hatchling now.
For the time being, Eternally Youthful dragons will not be filtered out from the dragon picker when using a Scroll of Eternal Youth. It will not let you use the scroll on one of these dragons if you try to apply it, but they will still be in the dragon list.
In a future update we will make it so Eternally Youthful dragons are filtered out from the list in that scenario.
What does it show you when it doesn't load? Does it give you any kind of an error? If you happen to be able to take a screenshot that would be helpful but otherwise a description will help.
Currently the single/partial/full options for that filter refer to stacks of quantity 1, 2-98, and 99, but it shouldn't stop loading no matter what you select, unless of course you have none that match that filter.
Hi @SweetSatyr , did you purchase them on the Auction House? You should be able to see an accurate record of your purchase history under Auction House -> Activity -> Recent History. Can you let me know if anything looks amiss there?
Hello @iiSwizzle -- That is just a visual effect where the cached meter has not caught up to your dragons being fed. If you feed your dragons (which should cost 0 food points as they are all fed) it should update!
The site will undergo a scheduled maintenance on Monday, September 14th at 07:30 Server Time. As this maintenance is to perform critical site infrastructure work, the website will be unavailable for approximately 90 minutes.
We are seeing delays delivering gems for some gem purchases. At the moment, this appears to be due to a problem with PayPal's systems. We are currently monitoring the situation.
