Lance is 5'8 He looks like your average man, even lacking fangs unless he feels threatened or thirsty, although one could say that he is the pastiest white man ever. Lance has short dark brown hair (borderline black) and greyish black eyes, unless nearing feral or feral then their red and glowing faintly (has the cat eyeshine) Lance has a preference for hooded clothing, but isn't particularly choosy when it comes to clothes. He does like to wear fingerless gloves quite a bit though. Lance has retractable claws in his fingers that derive from being a Blood Wyvern shifter.
Hero outfit: You know those black skin suits that seem super popular? Yep he's got one, because it doesn't restrict his movement in any way (short sleeved). He pairs it with similarly fitting black pants and a black vest that has a red underside. He intentionally wears black fingerless gloves to leave his claws free to use (he actually hates regular gloves, they make him feel like he has no weapons). He wears no masks or anything to keep his peripheral vision open and not obstruct his eyesight in any way. The only sort of 'enhancements' he has is that this particular outfit is designed to not rip apart when he shifts so that he's not left streaking the neighborhood after he comes out of it. His gloves are made so that if he just shifts his hands that the material sorta fades off so that he can stick to a surface.
Quirk: Bloodshadow Predator
To explain a bit of why his quirk seems to be a bit more than one ability, his father has vampiric regeneration and his mother has shadow manipulation. His is a mix of the two with a bit of mutation to create a rather complex quirk. Think of it as proof of the quirk singularity theory. Now on to what all his quirk entitles.
Vampiric Regeneration: Lance's regeneration is always active, even if just healing off dead cells. But, the act of regenerating causes him to get hungry/thirsty (in proportion to the wound) and that would be fine and all, but it's blood that he needs to facilitate proper regen. The reasoning is that to heal at the rate he does, his metabolism speeds up to meet the demands of his regeneration. The kind of blood consumed doesn't matter, as it would be a pain for him if he was blood type locked.
Shadow Manipulation: Lance can make shadows move in unnatural ways, create shapes/things with them, and most notably get shadows to behave like oobleck. Oobleck is that stuff that is both solid and liquid depending on what you do to it. Lance can temporarily make shadows solid but cannot make it retain that quality for very long before it starts behaving more like oobleck again. This means his creations often have a weird movement to them unless he’s using it for something (ie: a blade becoming solid as he strikes with it). Lance can also control the possibility of his creations to make it so that the shadow object would pass through you harmlessly. (ie: ‘stabbing’ you in the heart with a shadow and all you feel is a slight shiver as he made it harmless)... Yes Lance can take hold of the shadows in your body and do some real freaky stuff, that is probably quite painful, but he’d rather not as it’s harder to do… And it feels wrong to him to just do that to somebody unless they did something like that to him first.
Lance’s shadow manipulation often responds to his emotions/intentions subconsciously, meaning that his shadow often moves and twitches or he might create shards in a moment of irritation without meaning to.
There is a secondary major part of Lance’s shadow manipulation that is the ability to hide within a shadow of a similar size or bigger to him and move between two shadows by ‘Shadow Melding’. Lance cannot be harmed normally while in a shadow and can only interact via shadow manipulation likewise. He CAN be pinned in place by standing on the shadow he’s currently in or forced out with enough light. Lance is limited in shadow hopping by either what he can see or by his memory of how the shadows fall in a place. If Lance is in a shadow of similar size to himself, there is a slight tell that he’s there… The shadow will become darker and more well defined.
-Lance has a very weak form of ‘mind reading’ if you’d even call it that. Lance must be touching shadows with you and this can be accomplished by a dark area mind you, but at most Lance can just sense that there is a mind, the rough location of it, and your mood/foremost thought. By that I mean he can tell if it’s internal screaming or you’re planning something. Lance cannot gather any sort of coherent words from this so your secrets are 100% safe. Due to the fact his sister has more mind based powers, Lance naturally learned to hide some of his thoughts from her. To a mind reader his obscured thoughts feel like a thick shadow is covering them. It’s not perfect nor is it always active in Lance’s mind either…
Blood Wyvern shift: He can take the form of a flightless wyvern that is about 17ft long and can climb up any surface due to gecko-like feet. While in this form he is much faster and stronger, but also more sensitive to light and can easily slip into a feral state of mind. He can do partial shifting and has permanent retractable claws because of this.
-He's overall a bit faster and stealthier than the average human, and has better eyesight in the dark due to being nocturnally inclined and having eye shine. Lance has an above average sense of smell and is very sensitive to the smell of blood. His blood type is a little funny as he was born O- but, depending on if the blood he drank is positive or negative, his will change to match that. His saliva is kinda cool in that it's antibacterial and has very weak healing properties (the most it can do is close up a bite he inflicted) BUT is also a very powerful anticoagulant since he is vampiric after all and that quality is beneficial in that regard.
One other thing here is that Lance can swallow things whole, but is unable to digest certain things… Meaning he can cough up pellets like owls/birds of prey do, Lance’s pellets are just like those in every way and usually of a size that can be put in a pocket and not be awkward. Kinda needs to cough one up every once in a while to prevent intestinal problems as there’s more to the pellet than it being the indigestible parts. I googled it.
Quirk drawbacks:
-Overuse of his shadow manipulation can cause headaches/migraines and while Lance has a rather high upper limit if you will… He can’t keep using his shadow manipulation for hours either and feel totally fine either
-Lance is limited to only the shadows around him, he cannot create any more shadows, only move them around! Light can weaken this by limiting how many shadows are around for him to use!
-If you know his shadow melding tell… You can pin him in place by standing on the shadow
-Lance’s metabolism is slightly faster since he can’t really turn his regeneration off… And due to having the shift it also makes him need to eat more. Yes, Lance is almost always hungry/thirsty b/c of this.
-Lance’s regeneration cannot heal off burns at all, but will try nonetheless and only succeed in speeding up his metabolism.
-His regeneration will slow down and even stop all together if he begins to starve, as he can’t provide the energy needed to regenerate at that point. Lance’s shadow manipulation will also weaken as he can’t focus well enough to utilize it.
-Lance will become Feral if it gets to the point that starvation is a possibility and Feral is the part of Lance that won’t hesitate and is survival oriented. (more in personality on this)
-Shove some gloves on this man and he can’t really use his claws and will be giving you the death glare
Personality:
Lance is rather calm and laid back most of the time, and friendly towards just about anyone. He’s also got a nice bit of sarcasm and is a fan of cracking weird jokes that have a slightly dark undertone to them. Lance is a theater kid and that means that yes he’s weird, and fully aware of it and cannot be shamed by it in any way. Towards other people he’s rather open and willing to let you talk about your problems with him, but won’t force you to either as that’s not cool.
But, do know that he’s not just a weird slightly over friendly theater kid no matter what. You mess with the things he cares about and Lance will end you… For real in one AU Lance killed his father just because his dad hurt his sister (this was an abuse situation for clarification and is not the overarching cannon… But makes for a great example of how much Lance cares!)
As for the feral side it seems to be a bit darker, like probably came up with five ways to kill you… And for the most part is fairly passive in terms of how often it tries to take over. It’s the more feral and instinctive side, usually only sparking up mental arguments and only coming out verbally if Lance is entering a feral state of mind. The thing is, this is Lance’s survival instinct at its core and it has only one goal in a full take over: Survive. That usually means killing/harming to feed...
There is a third facet to his personality that will come out. It’s what I’m going to refer to as the insatiable side of things. And this side is a bit similar to the feral side, only the difference is that you can actually reason with him while like this. And the thing is this side is hard to predict when it’s going to pop out, and there’s no real visual indicator of it either. But, basically what it is his underlying desire for blood becoming more prominent. Like you could get bitten if you aren’t careful, but for the most part are just going to get treated to some of the most morbid conversations ever. And this can leave just as quickly as it came or last an hour or two. The only times you can be sure he won’t flick into this is if he has drank a significant amount of blood within the past two~three hours. Lance is pretty good at just ignoring it by this point in his life… But finds it mildly annoying when trying not to creep people out.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+Can be pretty versatile on the field, as his quirk has numerous applications
+Can be a human shield if need be as he can take some nasty wounds and be fine
+Probably oddly good at rescue work, since he could find bleeding victims easily/If you are bleeding, he will find you. What happens after that is up for debate…

Backstory: As a child, it was a disaster to say the least when he first started developing his quirk... Nobody died or anything but attacking an entire kindergarten class isn't the best impression to leave on others either. It also didn't help much that when he was little he had trouble curbing the more insatiable part and was often seen casually killing small animals to feed on.
As he got older, he got better at controlling his less socially acceptable oddities and discovered the shifting aspect of his quirk at around the age of ten.
The reason he hates his uncle Luther also became apparent around this time as he started to see the man as a weirdo that always showed up and ruined family gatherings and had weird and inappropriate gifts... Like giving Lance a mystery bone on his 7th birthday that still had blood stains on it and refusing to disclose where it came from... Or giving Shadis (Lance's younger sister) a handful of human teeth for Christmas and freaking her out to the point of tears. This man is why Lance chose to be a hero, to disassociate as much as he could from his weird and murderous uncle as humanly possible.

Hero outfit:
Her outfit is made to withstand high temperatures/is flame retardant to keep it from getting burnt. She also has the pockets loaded with stinky chemicals to stink bomb you with since she just lacks the sense of smell.
Quirk: Phoenix Fire
This quirk allows her to create fire that can both heal and harm, often having the visage of a phoenix or taking the shape of one when she uses it. Adara is also able to create a pair of fiery wings that are useless in flight but increase her fire power and add more fire to her attacks. At the moment she can only call upon the wings if she's really stressed or angry, but she's trying to be able to create them at will. Adara also can't be burned by fire unless it's either a chemical based blaze or not a hot fire (cold fire quirks as a possible source of this?)
Another aspect of her quirk that is kinda bunged up thanks to an encounter the original person with Phoenix Fire had with All For One (this was back in the e a r l y days of quirks) is that she can be reborn like a Phoenix upon death, but when an attempt to steal her quirk was made, it sorta broke this part of it as her fire lashed out to protect itself from being taken and in the process got damaged so that if she died it reset her age to that of a baby. Sadly this is a bit of a curse that strikes at the age of 35 in other incarnations. Adara is in luck as the way to fix her quirk is to be bitten by someone who loves her.
This also means that Phoenix Fire is a biiiit like One For All in that it cannot be stolen or copied in any way and attempts to do so are met with the fire of her soul popping out as a very angry blue fire phoenix.
Yes, her fire comes from her soul in a sense, thus when her soul is 'showing' it is often seen as a burning blue phoenix, as blue is the hottest fire.
Quirk drawbacks:
-If Adara uses too much of her fire, it can make her get really cold
-She’s not 100% heat proof, just extremely tolerant of it
-Being wet can disable her fire
-Dying kiiiind sucks as she is reset at the moment (doesn't know about this)
-Soul based powers can kill her permanently.
Personality: Adara is almost too kind for this world as she’s so sweet and caring, very empathetic. She will try and mother you if she thinks you need it and good luck stopping her as that’s just life now so accept it. But do not mistake Adara’s kindness for weakness as she also will not allow anyone to walk all over her or take advantage of her… It hasn’t ended well for those who tried in the past as Adara’s anger is rather fiery and she will not heal the burn she feels like you earned yourself either Adara also has a rather dark sense of humor that’s starting to form along with a few other bits and pieces that have to do with her being around Lance and it causing the original incarnation to stir a bit.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+She is very good at using her quirk as it takes a lot of focus to make her fire do what she wants it to and not accidentally burn someone she's trying to heal. Adara can even make her fire selectively heal and harm if need be. Her fire makes for a good offense and defense.
+Adara is a prime candidate for running the first aid area on a rescue as she can heal the injured and protect them from further attacks should they happen.
+Is heat resistant, but only to a certain point before she's gotta cool off somehow
=Adara has asomina, meaning she can't smell anything. Sure, foul odors have no effect on her because of this. But it also means that she can't smell a dangerous one either as she can't smell it.
-If she gets too wet, it's hard for her to call up her fire effectively other than making herself get a little hotter.
-If Adara gets stressed/angry/anxious (and other emotions like that) it will cause her body temperature to rise and if she doesn't let off some of the heat as fire on her own accord, this can lead to her fire coming out in an uncontrollable burst to vent off that heat.
-She is very weak to soul based abilities as those are one of the few ways to permanently kill her, as she can't be reborn if her soul is destroyed. The other way is to kill her again while she's recovering from a death as it takes a day for her to be reborn from the ashes and about a week for her to recover 'fully' but will still be weak for a while, it's just not healthy to die ya' know! (doubt I'll have to use it considering her current situation, but it's always good to know for if/when I 'fix' her rebirth to work right)

Backstory: First, to explain a little about the past of her quirk, the original incarnation was a woman named Sarah Phoenix that was born around the same time that quirks just started showing up. Sarah was a kind individual who tried to help those who needed however she could. Sadly, Sarah's reign of kindness was cut short due to an encounter with All For One and her fire becoming violently uncontrollable when he tried to take her quirk. This ended up killing Sarah from the stress of it and the attempt to steal the quirk left it a bit broken.
There is a long series of incarnations as those who bore Phoenix Fire would be reborn at the age of 35, the same as Sarah when she 'died'. All the incarnations seem to lack any memories of their previous ones or only have weak vestiges of them.
Then we get to Adara, who's 'mother' died in a freak fire when she was young and left her in the care of her 'father' who doesn't really know the full truth about how Phoenix Fire works and tried his best to raise Adara as a single parent.
Adara had a fairly normal childhood, as fire quirks aren't all that rare and thus are pretty easy to handle if they get a little out of hand.
It is worth noting that she and Lance went to the same schools and more or less truly met in middle school as they shared a few classes there and became friends due to her morbid curiosity and Lance's meme worthy sense of humor... This also means that Adara has had the (dis)honor of a certain uncle crashing her 15th birthday party (as she of course invited Lance) and aside from the scene that was created by a shame uncle trying to kill a person and fire and shadows getting yeeted around it was otherwise an okay birthday. (Yes, she was entreated to an unwanted Luther appearance...)

Appearance: her appearance is really hard to describe as Ari is always fused with some kind of animal, the only real mainstay being that she has lightly tanned skin and dark green eyes.
Hero Outfit: also kinda hard to describe, as it has to be modified all the time to fit properly. But it's purple and gold and intended to show off her animal features.
Blood Type: A-
Quirk: Animorph
Everyday, Ari has aspects of a different animal. Like for example, one day she could basically have the frog quirk and the next she could have say hawk. Ari is as of this time not really able to control what the animal will be and it can sometimes even be a hindering quirk depending on the animal she got for the day. She also often has slightly exaggerated abilities that relate to the animal in question (like how long frog makes your tongue or the stunning blast of orca affecting humans) but nothing too crazy as it's just stuff like that. She sometimes goes on streaks of being one sort of animal or another and other times it's really random.
To an extent her body sometimes senses the need to be something 'good' for a situation, like for example on the day of her entrance exam Ari had pistol shrimp as her animal and was able to deliver high powered blasts from one of her claw-hands (as pistol shrimp can snap that thing shut powerfully! google it)
Bear in mind her range of animals includes bugs and some microorganisms (like tardigrades) but is limited to real animals only, so no dragons and stuff from her.
Ari will eventually learn that she can control what the animal is and even be able to make different parts of her body different animals/hybrid them a bit, but she will never be able to fully become the animal and would be afraid to do so as the way she learns about this scares her off of trying to fully be the animal.
Quirk drawbacks:

Personality: Ari is pretty friendly at first, often a touch shy as she's a bit insecure about her appearance some days. Once you get to know her however, Ari is like the most loyal friend and will defend your honor as whatever animal she is in a fight. Her personality also changes a tad depending on the animal she has and what kinds of instincts it has, like as a dog she might be friendlier or as a cat a bit more snarky... Nothing to major but it does affect her personality just a smidge... And possibly make things awkward as heck.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+Really adaptive, as Ari's quirk changes her power set up pretty much everyday! So she's prepared for almost everything and probably knows how other quirks work due to having a similarish ability from one of her many animal based powers.
+It can be pretty hard to prepare in advance for what she's gonna do in a fight as again, her quirk is a bit unpredictable.
+Depending on the animal she's got, Ari can have all sorts of resistances
-Some animals aren't made for the human body, like a peacock might leave her wheelchair bound due to having legs that can't support the rest of her body... Or give her some debilitating side effects (think like how 'frog' made the girl hibernate in the cold and stuff like that.)
-Can succumb to instinctive fears of her animal sometimes or have predatory reactions to things (like how a mouse is afraid of a cat or how a hawk might attack a small animal)
-Ari can have a hard time being recognized as her animal features change daily and can make her appearance change wildly... Also try clothes shopping for that as well!

Backstory: Ari has been an orphan since the age of 5 and bounced between living on the streets, orphanages, and foster homes most of her life. Mostly because of her quirk weirding folks out/being expensive and not wanting to take care of her anymore. She finally found a stable home and even when being bounced around she managed to keep her grades up in school, and the stability made it that much easier to do this. Ari wanted to become a hero as a sort of beacon to the underrepresented and a few other groups kinda like that.
More will be revealed in RP about her parents and such.
Other:
-Don’t even think about leaving feathers in someone’s bed
-Ari is inspired by what the player is in a CYOA I like, only a little toned down as I don't think she needs to be shooting her talons as a hawk or having energy blasts out the wazoo like that novel did... It fits the setting there but not here.
-In said CYOA, Ari has a very long list of power tags: Ani-powered, Underrepresented, Morpho-powered (the changing aspect), Disembodied (dislike of her power), and

Hero Villain Outfit:
Luther takes a lot of inspiration from depictions of rouges. He has combat boots and leather pants that are dark in color, but light enough to show blood stains pretty well. He has some light leg guards to offer a bit of protection and a knife sheathed in his left boot. Luther wears a dark grey shirt, kinda tattered from fights, a bullet hole or two in it as well. The notable thing about it is the visible blood stains on it, both his and that of some of his victims. He has a jacket, greyish red in color with some vivid stains on it that has a multitude of inner pockets with knives and black smoke bombs in them. Luther wears a very tattered and torn hooded cape, most of the left side is gone really and the right side is showing signs of distress, and has blood splatter stains on it. (basically everything he has looks kinda torn and has some bullet holes in it, from fights/escapes he made… And is covered in blood)
Luther as stated has quite a few knives, both of the normal and throwing variety. He has a blade hidden in his right sleeve that is retractable. But his favorite piece is these two sharp bits of metal that are custom made to fit over his fangs and serve to make them sharper and a tad longer.
Luther also has some sunglasses for dealing with light in his eyes.
And the smaller object is a ref for the 'covers' or whatever the hell you wanna call them he's got for his fangs to protect/strengthen them... The indented part is so that it fits over the tooth nicely and the band is to keep in there so that the coverings don't just fall out of Luther's mouth.
He’d look like a shady salesman but the blood kinda kills the vibe… And so do the red vials he pulls out and drinks while making eye contact.
Tbh… This is what he wears 90% of the time.

Personality: He’s concerning given his tendencies to talk about murder and his eating habits and his preference for human blood… But Luther enjoys freaking people out like this, he enjoys killing.
He will make that distasteful joke about death. And not care who he offended with it.
Luther is also rather crafty in that he has avoided arrest for YEARS and only once been caught (broke out tho) so let that speak for his intellect however creepy it may be when you see it.
Luther also has a bit of experience in making deals… Usually fairly one sided and with the threat of him draining you alive but it works. And if you dare don’t hold up your end… You had better hope that your quirk is something he’s weak to...
There is a part of him that is capable of actual sympathy/kindness but it's been rather repressed and he really dosen't know how to express it normally anymore. Luther'd probably also cut you if you told anyone he was actually nice to you or kill anyone who saw it.

Backstory: Luther and his younger brother, Adrien used to just do minor crimes and the like... you know like rob a store, stick up a blood bank, illegal street fighting. But then Luther let his own quirk drive him a little nuts and killed two people right in front of his brother. That's when Adrien noped out of crime as that was taking it a step too far for him. It's also rather sad what caused Luther to snap...
As it was the death of his little sister Aida.
Luther however continued killing and has managed to evade the police and even kill some of the weaker heros that came after him while hiding from the stronger ones. He branched off from just killing to going into illegal weapons trade (how do you think he got some of the stuff he has?) as he isn’t afraid to get violent with a dealer over costs and has more obscure payment methods that are viable with him.

-Him and Lance have actually fought more than once… Ending in a draw each time as they are too evenly matched in terms or regeneration and unable to feed on each other due to both being vampiric
-If someone makes a ‘leader’ type villain, be prepared for Luther to challenge that authority
-Other vamps will be seen as competition, but he’ll be classy about it to a point
-Luther sometimes gives off the vibe that he's being haunted/his van is haunted ant that's actually b/c Aida is haunting his a*s... But she's a very passive ghost. It has to do with how her personality/anxiety is that she clung to Luther even in death.

Appearance: She's about 5'5
Hero Outfit: NOT MY ART! Also where it's red her's is a kinda dark brightish purple, and in the browner parts it's a more subdued dark purple and she has the assassin hood thing going on as well! Along with a masquerade style mask that is purple with a silver filigree.
Quirk: Mind Shadows
Neira can make shadows move in unnatural ways, create shapes/things with them, and most notably get shadows to behave like oobleck. Oobleck is that stuff that is both solid and liquid depending on what you do to it. Neira can temporarily make shadows solid but cannot make it retain that quality for very long before it starts behaving more like oobleck again. This means her creations often have a weird movement to them unless she’s using it for something (ie: a blade becoming solid as she strikes with it). Neira can also control the possibility of her creations to make it so that the shadow object would pass through you harmlessly. (ie: ‘stabbing’ you in the heart with a shadow and all you feel is a slight shiver as she made it harmless)... Yes, Neira can take hold of the shadows in your body and do some real freaky stuff, that is probably quite painful, but she’d rather not as it’s harder to do… And it feels wrong to her to just do that to somebody unless they did something like that to her first.
Neira’s shadow manipulation often responds to her emotiontions/intentions subconsciously, meaning that her shadow often moves and twitches or she might create shards in a moment of irritation without meaning to.
There is a secondary major part of Neira’s shadow manipulation that is the ability to hide within a shadow of a similar size or bigger to her and move between two shadows by ‘Shadow Melding’. Neira cannot be harmed normally while in a shadow and can only interact via shadow manipulation likewise. She CAN be pinned in place by standing on the shadow she’s currently in or forced out with enough light. Neira is limited in shadow hopping by either what he can see or by his memory of how the shadows fall in a place. If Neira is in a shadow of similar size to herself, there is a slight tell that she’s there… The shadow will become darker and more well defined.
-Neira can weakly read the minds of anyone who’s shadow she’s touching, only just your surface thoughts though so nothing too crazy.
-Slightly enhanced reflexes, but nothing too crazy… But Neira can see in the dark rather well due to being a shadow manipulator and being unable to see in the dark feels like a contradiction. Neira’s pupils can dilate much more than any normal human’s can, but
Neira cannot see color when her night vision is active, rather she sees things in grey scale. This also kinda means that eyes stand out to her a bit more in the dark as she can kinda see the light reflecting off of them. Neira’s eyesight becomes a bit more sensitive to motion in the dark as the more contrasting colors make it more obvious to her.
Quirk drawbacks:
-Overuse of her shadow manipulation can cause headaches/migraines and while Neira has a rather high upper limit if you will… She can’t keep using her shadow manipulation for hours either and feel totally fine either
-Neira is limited to only the shadows around her, she cannot create any more shadows, only move them around! Light can weaken this by limiting how many shadows are around for her to use!
-If you know her shadow melding tell… You can pin her in place by standing on the shadow
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+Neira is really strong in the dark, as that's when she can make use of the most shadows!
+She really cares about helping and saving others, and with how versatile shadow manipulation is she can flip from beating the crap out of someone to rescuing victims easily.
+She is not at all bothered by horrible bloody injuries, let's be real this is what happens when you live with two vamps. (Lance & her husband, Adrien)
+Her fighting style can be very quick paced as she's good at jumping around from one shadow to another and can even come up behind a fast moving person to take them by surprise (I mean she can't catch someone moving at like 140mph but you get the idea)
-Light can weaken her quirk and even force her out of a shadow if she's hiding in it.
-Neira is a bit of a Karen and will go off on someone for getting a fast food order wrong (Her kids have of course recorded this more than once and put it up on YouTube)
-Neira will prioritize family over others should that kind of situation arise that she needs to choose one over the other. She's a good mom m'kay!?

Personality: Neira really is a nice person, if she's not busy with other things she'll gladly hang out with fans and talk with 'em. She's also a very protective mom and got a touch of Karen in there that can make her rather scary as well. Neira does have a bit of a dramatic flair and you can tell that she's an actress in her off time.
Backstory: Other than the really funny story of how she met her husband, as Adrien used to be a small-time criminal that she caught once or twice before Adrien was scared out of crime by Luther casually murdering two people and Adrien calling the authorities on his own brother... And Neira showed up a few moments too late to catch the crazy killer but worked with Adrien to try and track Luther down and eventually the two figured out that they had feelings for each other and proceeded to get married and have two kids.
Neira is rather well known for being good at search and rescue as she teams up with her husband (or son) to track down the injured and then uses her shadow manipulation to move things around.

-Not the highest ranking hero, but not the lowest either... She is kinda well known due to her Karen moments however...
-Her husband is too scared of hurting someone really badly thus doesn't really join her in real hero work aside from walking the patrol route with her or helping her find the injured.
-I have no problems with younger heroes having interned under her! Or older campers either!
-100% dragged her favorite non-familial intern into the camp as he clearly needed it
