Wow, it's very difficult to pick just one... especially since I go through what turn out to be cycles of loving these characters and then putting them everywhere. My first one is for sure Falco Lombardi of the Star Fox franchise.
He was actually my first fandragon (or at least the first one I actively tried to get - I may have picked up some others on my way from "deciding to get a Falco fandragon" and "actually obtaining a Falco fandragon"), and I guess I just really like him for no particular reason at all. Even though his doesn't very easily slot into customizing into other games, his being a bird and all, his character shows up for me all the time. Or at least it used to. The wise-cracking jerk that will show up to beat the big bad even though you aren't really sure whether he likes you or not? That guy. He shows up in all my stories somewhere whether I want him there or not.
But the second one that shows up actually in-game (though for obvious reasons to a lesser extent in my stories) would be Spock from Star Trek. He's not my favorite character or even my favorite Vulcan, but that apparently doesn't stop me. (As an aside? This is my favorite Vulcan. I resisted making Star Trek fandragons for a very long time on FR because I knew once I started I might not ever stop. I think I was right to worry. I started this summer and I have nine now.)
My favorite instance of putting customizing him into a game was Elder Scrolls, specifically Skyrim. I had so much fun in my youth running around Skyrim with Thalmor-Spock imagining his adventures with Kirk, the Dovahkiin, and a grumpy healer named McCoy that I wrote an whole 40k-ish-word story about it. It's been a few days since I played a game with a customized Spock, but those were great days. Maybe that's what I should do when I get into Baldur's Gate...
