Biography
" I think now is my chance and now is my time."
Graham had always been fond of stories. He’d been practically raised on them by the family who was kind enough to take a lost, lonely hatchling in. His earliest memory was of sitting at his father’s feet, listening raptly to his tales of danger and reward. His father would stare into the depths of his pearl, as if every pastel shimmer of it was another memory, another detail, another recollection of adventures long past. That memory was the first addition to his own pearl. A quiet story of home and love and fairytales. His pearl started out barely big enough to sit in his tiny claws, and it grew slowly, layered with those common, warm memories. He wanted to fill it with adventures, too. Wanted to go forth and experience all the world had to offer, all its beauties and dangers, spun in opalesque beauty. He got his wish. The time came for him to fly from the nest. His mother kissed him goodbye and his father wished him well, his sisters refusing to let go of him. He left them with a smile and a somewhat heavy heart, made lighter by the knowledge that this was the right path. His path led him to Daventry. A small clan on the outskirts of Lanternlea Port. A place filled with wonder and beauty and adventure, a place that felt almost like a dream. He wanted to preserve that, he found, wanted to protect this haven of fairytale warmth. Now, his pearl is large indeed, just like his father’s was. Every layer a memory of intrigue. He has his regrets and his joys, and he knows that he is living life to its fullest, the way he always dreamed of. He has his regrets, but none of them are of his first resolution... To always seek adventure.

TheEnforcer, 2023-07-02 Look out! A POIsonous snake! I have been exposed to all of the adventure game classics by way of my nerdy parents, so it's minorly surreal to see a fandragon for this game. Snallygaster Oh! Thank you for letting me know even when you got ninja'd. It's such a nice story that I thought they would go well with my other planet fandragons. I like your point n' click dergs, it's nice to see there's still some King's Quest fans kickin' around :] Tyrantrum, 2023-08-20 [points back] King's Quest enjoyer!! I was never any good at them but I have fond memories playing and replaying 5 as a kid. Shout out to Graham for making me smile x) |
delsomebody, 2023-06-30 Ah!! Our tireless hero, Graham! Or Grahame, if you're nasty and played King's Quest on the Tandy. Loving his little bard hat, instantly recognizable from that alone. delsomebody, 2023-08-02 Well, first of all, your dedication to King's Quest is staggering. SweetTreatLion, 2023-09-07 Not too known of where Graham is (besides seeing pictures of him on MC xD) But i really love how similar he looks to his dragon version! his colors to the apparel you picked, they were perfect choices for sure! I'd say 9/10 :D osteophagy, 2023-08-10 Oh man, these look great! Love Graham and Amaya, Alexander too. King's Quest as a series was kind of my adulthood intro to point and click games -- I lost track of the 2015 one's releases before they finished the story I think, but this makes me want to check them out again. I was so impressed by the art and overall tone. Cobalion, 2023-11-15 Oh I LOVE your King's Quest dragons! I haven't played that version of the game in so long but I immediately brightened up upon seeing them all! |
buggy101, 2023-08-01 I don't know a lot about King's Quest, but I heard it inspired a lot of stuff in Homestar Runner's Peasant's Quest! sittacanadensis, 2023-10-04 I don't have any that need dressing right now but can I just say OMG KING'S QUEST I loved those games so MUCH! <3 Strangeflesh, 2023-08-07 I love your king's quest fan dragons, they're all os fun! Garlond, 2023-10-16 look at this dude, i ADORE how you've made him such a match to his basis. don't think i've ever really appreciated that he's a g1, esp as someone who now has multiple g1 fandragons. (just one more...just one more...) bulrush, 2023-11-19 graham from king's quest? i want to say something nice but this is all that i can think of because im only familiar with the 5th game. but yes he is very true to the character i could tell it was graham without even clicking on the dragon. |
