Flight Rising Discussion

My whole forum aesthetic is based around my flight (ice) as you can see, so I definitely fall under the category of people who like to represent their flight with their avatars. Faceted ice eyes do a good job at that.

Also, I just think it looks neat!

Reading some of these answers, I def see a leaning toward flight representation! That's really neat to know! You dragons are beautiful too, goodness. ;w;

Typically I use one of a few dragons [Uzosho, Hades, Heiwa, Toshi, Yoko], only Yoko being from my current flight.
Though that being said I move between Ice, Fire and Plague so Uzosho, Heiwa and Toshi are all technically able to be of my flight at any given time.

He's got much sentimental value to me, and people have told me that they recognise me through him. The forum vista usually clues you in to my flight anyway haha.

I use my clan leader normally, but I theme myself after the current fest! I usually go my primal but for the begining of the fest I picked my rep for some reason lol

I usually just go with a dragon I really like. For the longest time, I had an ice dragon as my pfp

That being said, I still tend to use nature dragons most often

im wind and oh honestly i completely forgot my avatar dragon was even ice (yes despite spirals having giant eyes)
i just picked her because green. i think my signature also is windy enough

I've always had this dragon as my avatar, it's one of the first ones I got when I started FR. She's not from my flight, but I've never stopped liking her look.
I used to switch avatars during festivals to represent the festival flight, but I've lost that habit a few years ago, so now it's always just her! :p

I just love her-- ahem. But, for festivals and such, I tend to pick a dragon from the appropriate flight, with a matching vista, for the week's duration. I used to have flight reps that I'd use for the festivals, but I've gone on a major lair purge recently, haha. Hence, my current avatar derg!
