Most of my dragons are bi for story purposes, and for the one agender dragon I have, I made it so he was given some magical jewelry that, among other things, gives him the ability to magically create babies with other dragons

I have one gay pair of dragons, and they’d adopted a little gaoler G1 when they first released

My lore is just generally disconnected from actual (gameplay) dragon relationships unless I say otherwise, so while it can bother me a bit when I look at certain dragons' parent/offspring lists (because I'm a perfectionist haha) it's not a big deal lore-wise.

Oof, my breeding pairs have really really dark lore, I don't suggest ever reading it if you have a weak stomach but in short it means that they don't get to choose who they love.

Wendy (I have yet to rename her) and Seaweed are a queer couple with biological children they have together. Wendy is trans and has gone through the magical process of switching sexes, and she and Seaweed had their children a while afterwards. In my lore couples can create biological offspring through magic and/or through traditional mating, if you catch my drift. Surrogacy is also possible and common.

My lore is separate from gameplay for the most part.

I'm an exalting lair so about 100% of my breeding pairs offspring don't stick around for long.

Like Apollo's gay, Frostbiter's gay, Hudson's pan. Echelon's Bi, Barda and Leona are both Ace(yet are a breeding pair because dangit I need more interns stat)

and off course the fandragons are whatever. Neuromancer dergs are a canon ship that I intended to breed but they're also blue and orange levels of nonbinary in canon so it doesn't matter.

Honestly about 90% of my clan's lore is only living rent free in my head so I haven't actually put in their bios. Life kinda gets in the way of serious dragon business TM.

I don't breed em. But Yanya and Glade adopted Gem.

I have a pair of pink dragons who are bisexual females, they'll pair up with a male once in a while but are canonically a couple

None of my dragons' offspring are canon unless stated otherwise. I breed most of my active permas (dragons that aren't in the hibden) because I prefer to breed my own fodder most of the time, but definitely don't have the space for pairs specifically for breeding fodder. I do have a couple breeding pairs that are together lore-wise, as well as some gay dragons that have an offspring list but no children in lore.

To explain away any offspring of permas that I do end up falling in love with and keeping (which happens more than I care to admit lol), the entire clan works together to raise hatchlings regardless of who the parents are, and thus there's no real obligations to actually be in a relationship (romantic or otherwise) with someone to have a kid with them. For example, I have a pair I breed a lot that in lore consists of a gay Skydancer and a probably-lesbian (although she might be bi, I'm not entirely sure) Nocturne, with the Skydancer having a boyfriend. They have not one, but two kids together that I've kept and are part of the clan, but they aren't together romantically. There's also a pair where both the parents are super forgetful so they completely forget they have a kid together most of the time, but it doesn't matter too much because as I mentioned, the entire clan works together to raise hatchlings.
