Yep! It's specifically a reference to the Daedric Prince Namira (but also the mushroom), also referred to as the Lady of Decay, so I think the name is fitting for Plague!

I just wanted to pop by and thank you for your comments listing the skins on the DB. I finally went back and put the Coli skins on my WL, and thanks to you it took much less time than it otherwise would!
