This is Bob. He leads the most unassuming life.

Every day, he does the same routine right after he wakes at exactly 0645. It starts with good freshening up, followed by donning his work uniform, then a well-balanced breakfast which is finished just in time to hop onto the freeway and avoid the morning traffic that begins at 0745.

He arrives to the work building at exactly 0820, pulls into the same spot in the parking complex, greets the guards on his way to the elevators, goes up and gets off at floor 12 where he punches his timecard at 0830. He settles at his desk, logs in, and begins working at an even pace. He takes his breaks at the two hour mark, his lunch after that, then another break before finishing up his day.

All papers stacked neatly in properly labeled folders and filed away, calendar has been updated to reflect upcoming appointments, and voicemail cleared after a notes were taken concisely on a notepad dedicated for them. Confident that all was in order, he locked his terminal as he picked up his travel bag and headed out the office, saying farewells to the evening guards without breaking his stride. He drove home, made himself a filling dinner before settling on the couch to read a little before he took his nightly shower prior to sleep.

This was his life, day-in and day-out. He had little need of diverging from schedule as it allows him be prompt. Predictable to a tee, he is one you could always count on arriving at exactly the right time and with the right thing for the situation.
