Welcome stranger. What do you seek? Knowledge? Solace? Power? The Library is open to any who have a need. The lost, forgotten, and abandoned all find homes here. Those in search of knowledge and understanding, those who look for sanctuary, those who do not know what they seek, and those that wish to disappear from the eyes of society may step through our gates. All are welcome and none are questioned.

Found by our founder Helga, these formerly abandoned ancient caves have been turned into a labyrinth of knowledge. The Library of Rainbow Waters is a vast network of underwater caves that stretch from Fishspine Reef, all the way down into the darkest part of the Leviathan Trench. The network is so big, the Library is still finding and excavating parts of it. Because of this surplus of space The Library has more to offer than just scrolls and codexes.

Please help yourself to the many resources our library has to offer. If relaxation is what you seek go bask in the tranquil beauty of the gardens, shine your scales in the spa, grab a meal at the kitchens, take a nap in the Inn, or listen to a fireside story from our Inn Keeper Pumpkin. If it's adventure, try your hand at sparing with the Library's elite Night Warrior task force or take a Leviathan Brother to explore the Trench*. If it is Knowledge, meander through the never-ending stacks of the library; you might even find the book of your whole life, or that of a lost friend or family member. For the more adventurous knowledge seekers, visit our in-house Bio and Engineering Lab to run experiments, but beware the loose Shades, and never turn your back on the shadows.*

Please direct all questions regarding materials you cannot find to the Head Librarian Jesse. All other questions may be directed to the clan leader Helga. If you see our Archivist Rigel flitting about the Library, feel free to stop him to give him your story or an artifact. If you see him in more places than once, no you didn't.

Terms of Entry and Use

By exploring The Deep with a Leviathan Brother, the Guest(s) takes on all responsibility for the death, loss, or injury of themselves and/or their party member(s). The Library is not responsible for the actions of the Leviathan Brothers outside its walls.
By entering the B/E Lab, the Guest(s) agrees to not interact nor touch any escaped Shades they find in the lab. If possessed by a Shade, the Guest, their party, and clan will take on all financial responsibility regarding the extraction of said Shade and any damages done to the lab, library, and staff resulting from said possession and extraction.
As Shade extraction procedures are still in their experimental phase, The Library reserves the right to hold any Shade-Touched dragons until the proper procedure for the individual is found for extraction. The Library is not liable for any damage done to the individual, physical or otherwise, from a successful extraction. Any unsuccessful extractions resulting in damage to possessed individuals where The Library is solely responsible for said damage will result in monetary compensation to the individual's clan of an amount appropriate to the severity of damage caused.

I am part of Old Oaks Rescue, which rescues old dragons (3+ years) from being fodder. I do keep a den tab of old oaks, you can request to buy some, but prices will be cheaper if you reply to my postings in the thread itself.

I happily accept letters from hatchlings! It's a lot of fun to read what the kids have been up to.

Oh, thank you! I've always been a more apparel oriented person, so I like dressing them up that way, lol. The black dragons are mostly just me of the past collecting obsidian dragons and then me now making them look nice :)
