Occasionally, the Javascript will act up a bit and not properly prohibit a dragon from being selected in the dropdown, however, it will still prevent the breeding if the dragons are too closely related.

Just like with items, there is going to be a delay with dragons being available for re-listing that can last up to an hour or so, depending on when in the hour you made the listing. Dragons are released from the auction house on set intervals. This is working normally to prevent strain on the server.

I am interested to hear if anyone has not gotten their dragon back after more than 2-3 hours, or even days.

@tacocat That would be multi-accounting/account sharing. We do not advise doing this, as such things can be grounds for suspension. We'll be doing another registration burst in the near future, and hope to open up for full registration after we've had some time to monitor how the server handles a larger load. :-)

We would like to ask that people not do this. As nice as the sentiment is, it is still a form of account sharing, and we do not want anyone falling under that violation (despite the intentions).

Let your friend know that Flight Rising is not going to always be in a closed-with-registration-windows state. This is just the first step in us opening registration fully again, and they will have plenty of more opportunities ahead of them to join. :)

Hi everyone - I just wanted to pop in and let you know that this thread isn't being ignored, we just can't reproduce the issue, so it's a bit of an enigma. I have tried using skins on multiple dragons on multiple browsers, and am not encountering the issue. It might help to have more information from everyone:

What browser are you using?
Have you cleared the browser's cache lately?
If you notice the issue, then visit the dragon in question, then go back to the lair, does the issue persist?
If you try visiting Flight Rising on another browser entirely, does the issue persist?

We're doing this while we have the talented folks at Lightsky monitoring our server situation. :-) This short window is a test to see how well our servers are performing. Generally the site overall has been handling its load admirably.

New User Registration:

We are happy to announce that we will be opening Flight Rising new user registration for a brief window on the morning of Tuesday, September 3rd from 5:00AM to 8:00AM PST.

The reason that this window is somewhat short is that we would like to have Lightsky on deck and monitoring the server load in the event that things need additional shoring up. We will then be monitoring the site for about a week to see how the influx of new users affects things. If it holds steady, we will considering another window. After a second window, we will again monitor the situation, and continue to make any alterations or optimizations. If that is, too, successful, we will evaluate whether we are ready to enable open registration entirely.

We have a lot of excited people ready to try out Flight Rising, and have been anxiously awaiting a time in which we can let people back in to enjoy our world!

A reminder for new and existing players: Players may have only one account, and members may not share accounts.

New Familiars:

Toridae are beginning to uproot and patrol the marshlands. A few of these creatures have made it to the marketplace. A peculiar familiar for peculiar dragons.

New Swipp Trade:

Residents of the trading post are nervous at Swipp's newest shipment. Swipp's Swap Stand has received an additional supply of cobras and is offering them for trade.

Google Checkout:

We have located and resolved the issue that was causing Google Checkout gem packages to not go through properly. This payment option has been brought online again, and will be available until November 1st, after which it will be removed from the site. Google is retiring the Google Checkout service on November 20th, so we want to make sure that all of our gem orders are safely in before that date. They are transitioning to Google Wallet, but we would like to assess the security/safety of this method before implementing it into Flight Rising, so Paypal may be the only option for a little while. Thank you for your understanding.

Kickstarter Physical Goods:

We are are happy to report that we have approved the final proofs for the Flight Rising Bestiary art book and they look great! The run is currently being printed, and once they are finished, we will begin shipping Kickstarter goods out to those who donated at those levels. IMPORTANT: If you experienced a change of address between the end of the Kickstarter and now, please immediately notify us by sending us an email at admin@flightrising.com with all of your proper contact information. The subject should read "Kickstarter Address Change."

Bug Fixes:

Skydancer Male highlight auras are now facing the proper direction in Versus Mode of the Coliseum. (NOTE: It may be necessary for you to clear your browser cache to see the effects of this.)
An issue that prevented users from opening apparel bundles by clicking their icon has been resolved.
An issue that was causing users to continually see pop-up tutorial windows has been resolved.
The 'Accept' button in the Change Password window now functions properly.
An issue that was resulting in specialty items and chests not disappearing on usage has been resolved.
An issue in which friend portraits on the Clan Profile were not producing the correct URLs has been resolved.

Known Issues: (You can view the thread here.)

Users that have large quantities of battle items in their Hoard may experience an issue loading the Stats & Abilities section of the Coliseum. (Workaround: Reducing the number of battle items may help people access this page more consistently) We will be working on a more permanent fix.
Links that contain ampersands (&) can sometimes become corrupted when used in forum posts or other messages.

@Ariamaki: I'm actually not able to reproduce your issue - all apparel appears to be displaying normally for me on both male and female Skydancers. There is a slight chance this is an issue with what images are being cached for you. Can you try clearing your browser cache and letting me know if you still have trouble? Thank you!

Hmm, I can click the Accept button without any trouble in Firefox and IE. Have you also tried Google Chrome? I would be interested to see if this issue is consistent across multiple browsers, including the one FR is optimized for.

The Known Issues list contains bugs that we, as the team, have successfully been able to reproduce and are investigating a fix for. If it is not listed there, we're either still trying to reproduce it (and are unsuccessful), or there could be other factors at work. It does not at all mean they are the only things we are looking at/acknowledging. Thanks for understanding!

I am not able to reproduce the issue with the Accept button since the fix. Does the issue persist if you try the site in a different browser? Can you also please list what browser you currently use?

It's not a site breaking glitch. It's hooking google checkout back up. The refunded purchases from earlier this week are suddenly going through (though since we refunded, FR was not paid for these gems) ._.

Hey everyone,

I haven't been able to reproduce this. We've had reports of this in the past, but what ended up happening is that the person reporting it was not noticing that the total treasure amount was actually changing while the screen was dimmed, and not on the page refresh. Could this be a possibility for you?
