If you go under account settings, you can also try using the main port if you were using alternate, and alternate if you were using main to see if that corrects the issue for you.

@Jujubomber, this is most likely a cache issue. It's a good idea to regularly clear your cache if you are experiencing visual/display issues with Flight Rising.

@Kanagosa, it depends on the type of ticket and how many are in line before it. I'm sorry for the delay, we've got quite a few tickets to go through.
No, you shouldn't be able to interrupt the process. The treasure in the database updates immediately. It's merely the area in the upper right caching old information. Whenever a purchase is made it asks our database what your treasure total is, not your cached display value. :)
Its a display issue. The treasure and gems from crossroads are awarded immediately, but the totals don't "stick" until 10-15 minutes later. We're working on this issue, but it's purely visual, so nothing to worry about. :)

Thank you for the report though. We deployed some new code, so this display issue is something that we need to look into. :) I'm glad it is just an incorrect number in the upper box and not one in the database. :)
@Sycophantism, this is a display error. We checked and your treasure amount is what it should be, it will update correctly on your end in a little bit. Our apologies for any confusion!
In a lot of games, earth and nature are the same thing, so I think that nature may have stolen a lot of would-be earthies for the plant aspect. In FR, Earth is literally earth and stone, which is very static and slow to change. Plantlife on the other hand is quite the opposite!
As it's not possible to have all those professions simultainiously at the level where you can gather yet, I request that you please allow our players to find these organically. It's no fun when someone swoops in and does ID tricks to hoard all the fun of discovery and leave none for anyone else to be the first to find.
