Just writing to let you know you (and the rest of the admin staff) can ignore my support ticket (#1874) regarding gifted items lost in a mail to another player... they did recieve the items! All's well with the world! =D

Any idea how long it'll take for my ticket to be replied to? I'm trying not to freak out cause I did something really dumb on accident. It's got my anxiety goin'... ;-;

@Kanagosa, it depends on the type of ticket and how many are in line before it. I'm sorry for the delay, we've got quite a few tickets to go through.

Kanagosa, it depends on the type of ticket and how many are in line before it. I'm sorry for the delay, we've got quite a few tickets to go through.

for some reason 2 threads i made vanished and there was nothing that was said to make them against the rules as all they were were suggestions or help requests. i would love to get this fixed plz thx

If there are suspicions that a player may be using a hack or cheat, would it be reported with the standard 'Contact Us' form?
