So I've bought genes on impulse for my progen, and then I realized that she was on a nest, and therefore could not be gened. So maybe a button next to the boon of fertility that allows you to discard a nest. Or another item that discards the nest would also be cool.

Full support for discarding nests, as long as it's not called abortion. In this house we support people's rights to their bodies, but calling it abortion is going to cause a lot of pro-life/pro-choice debates and is also just really inaccurate. If an egg-laying creature abandons its eggs, it just... leaves or kicks them out of the nest. Nothing to do with actual abortion.

I fully support it as well. I've accidentally bought genes because of impulse projects, only to find out that I have to wait 6 days to get my dream dragon because I nested them.

This is also useful if you want to change flights, but are unable because there's eggs in the nest. Waiting out the 6 days doesn't seem too bad until you realize the flight you've been wanting to join for so long is having their elemental celebration in less than a week. A boon can be used to hatch them immediately, but if all 5 of your nests are filled? I hope you have 1,750 gems lying around collecting dust. I wouldn't be surprised if this happened to many new players.

I would however suggest 'Nest/Egg Relinquishing'. These are sentient, sapient creatures. The canon has got to be 'giving away eggs to a safe home' for sanity/low drama's sake lmao. Like exaltation, people can headcanon it as death but the ingame explanation really shouldn't be.

Sure! Devs add already unexalt for repair accidental exalt, unhoardsell to axidental hoardselling items. And I see no reason not add already destroy eggs for axidental nesting.

Make special market item you should apply to avoid again axidental destroing.

Allow choose how many eggs destroy (use old rotten art for dead eggs)
Keep nesting period full to prevent exploit by discarding in a second all weggs/tweggs

Always yes. I haven't had a nesting slip-up YET but even still, having the option would be wonderful. The only other pet game I really played was Lioden and it has an item that lets you do this. In a breeding game, why lock people into hatching the damn nest?

I heavily support the option to discard a nest, but it shouldn't be phrased too negatively because dragons, in canon, are people. but forreal, i live in fear of nesting dragons i never wanted to nest. this would be a [i]huge[/i] piece of mind for me to be able to yeet any unwanted nests
