Hatchery background.
This hatchery is in memorial to my grandmother, she held our family together through good and bad times. At first, we thought she had a stroke, her left side of her face was off. Later they found a spot on her lungs... lung cancer. She started complaining about her back and then progressed to being unable to walk, unable to eat. After fighting with doctors and having it blamed on the lung cancer, we finally got answers. It had spread to her back, then her brain. She use to always complain about headaches and now we knew why, brain cancer. She had lesions on her spine, on her brain and it went terminal. She went for a biopsy and never woke. We sat at her bedside the day she passed, 3:05 January 10th 2023. Every day since, it's rained.

To keep her memory alive, I've decided to spread awareness and start this hatchery for her. I'd draw dragons for her and she loved them very much. She loved roses, if possible I'd like to collect rose themed apparel so that all hatchery pairs may have a rose.

This hatchery is, by no means, created to harm others. It's a memorial hatchery so those can get the color of their ribbon in a dragon. If you dislike it, simply block me and scroll past.

It's simple! Tell us your story in private, be it your own survival story or another's you're close with or tell us the roll of that special person you lost be it a loved one or friend.

If you don't wish to share, that's completely alright. Just give us a name for the precious hatchling you'd like to adopt and tell us survivor or grieving. Your dragon will still be free!

Wish for a specific date? Just tell us up to two weeks in advance, we will nest your pair and you will have first pick of the offspring. You can pick up to two pairs, of course, In case one pair isn't quite what you're looking for.
