Recently, in Health class, we started talking about sleeping and dreams. During this, I mentioned that when I have nightmares, they tend to make up creatures that I wouldn’t be able to imagine in real life. My teacher told me that I should use these opportunities to build off of and make a story... so here we are. This roleplay will be based off of the second worst nightmare I’ve ever had.

You’re all insane. [i]They had said. [/i]Complete psychopaths.[i] They would show them... A secret military compound had separated from the rest to work on their project. It had to be finished, they had to show them... Months past, and finally, it was successful.
A truly frightening creature, horrific enough to make any of their enemies run away in terror. But they weren’t satisfied. One after another, more creatures began to take form. Blinded by their pride, the workers did not realize exactly what they were doing.
CA-1 (commonly referred to as “Webcrawler”), their first creation, escaped. No one was prepared. It hunted them all, covered the exits with webs, and freed the rest of the monsters. Blood splattered the walls and bodies hung from the ceiling wrapped in webs. The nightmarish creatures ruled the facility... thank everything for their obliviousness to the outside world.

[i]A few years later, some curious high school students hear rumors about a “haunted military facility”, and foolishly go to check it out. They pull the webs clear of the entrance, flashlights in hand, unaware of the horror they are stepping into.[/i]

Personality: Shy, but can be brave if she needs to be. She will take the lead if no one else will. She regrets practically everything she does. Like, for example, leaving her little sister home alone to go investigate a haunted military facility with other high school students.
Appearance: She has short, dark brown hair a little bit above her shoulders. She wears jeans, but hates any kind of rip in clothing, and will throw it away if possible. She always wears blank colored shirts with a quote from a famous poet. Right now, she wears a light pink shirt with the quote “Tread softly because you tread on my dreams” on it.
Other:
-She can speak French.
-I played this girl in the first person in my nightmare, the original story being her trying to protect her little sister from Webcrawler (he actually had no name in the dream) while she was babysitting her home alone.

Gender and Pronouns: No gender, but its voice sounds male (it or he/him)
Personality: He is a ruthless and bloodthirsty creature. He puts on a polite mask, but that’s all it is; a mask. If he lures someone in he will immediately snatch them, wind them up, and kill them slowly with his jaws. If he fails to lure them in, he turns it into a game of hide and seek, where he’s always the seeker. He doesn’t understand the concept of remorse.
Appearance: He has a hard, smooth body, with a pointy, sharp spiked spine trailing down his back. He has four arms (two on his upper body, two on his hips) and two legs, all of them armored with pointed fingers, but those could barely cause more than a scratch and are mostly used for climbing. He has two wings protruding from his shoulder blades which are shaped like insect wings, but are covered in artificial feathers and can only be used for gliding. His head is almost cylindrical, shaping into sharp points at the edges of his mouth, and he has spines coming of the top of head. His eyes are glassy and white. (

-He stands on his back legs when he is speaking with someone, and stands on all six when hunting.
-He learned to speak by listening to the scientists.
-His voice is a grumbly bad impression of a man.

Name: CD-1 (Aka The Ragdoll)
Human or Monster: Monster
Gender and Pronouns: he/him (one of his followers mentioned that HE doesn’t like cleaning up messes)
Age: (14-18 for the high schoolers, you can keep this empty for monsters)
Personality: He is pretty patient and will take time to hunt his prey. He doesn’t have all the patience in the world though, if he takes notice that his prey isn’t cooperating, he will charge them and end his little game. He speaks in a calm and collected voice, taking his time. The Ragdoll is conniving and can trick anyone quickly.
Appearance: Now this is a hard thing to explain, even though I know it BETTER than the back of my own hand. Imagine a T-Rex that is about six feet tall. He’s made of a scratchy burlap bag type material and his stuffing sinks low, making him look rather pudgy. His eyes are two large buttons. One is green and one is purple. The purple one is popped out and there’s a patch that’s purple on his face. His right arm looks like it’s been sown back on and there’s a sown up mark on his left neck. His tail drags on the ground and when it does, you can hear Ssssssss of the beads that reside inside.
Other: Sorry for this long thing, I’ve just encountered him a lot. I might put in the rest of his “crew”. The entire bundle, including the Ragdoll, totals up to five.

Human or Monster: Monster
Gender and Pronouns: it
Personality: A bloodthirsty monster. It doesn’t talk much and rests on The Ragdolls arms.
Appearance: Buttons is a sock puppet that you can barely tell is living. The Ragdoll will impersonate Buttons with his own voice, making the Ragdoll seem more crazy. It has similar color patterns to the ragdoll, only difference is that its main material is made of white wool.
Other: Blood will seem out of the monsters mouth sometimes, but never stains the fabric.

Human or Monster: Monster
Gender and Pronouns: he/him
Personality: He would rather not kill. He says it makes a bit of a mess and takes too much effort too clean it all up. But just leaving the mess is ‘savage’. When will he learn that he’s a monster smh.
Appearance: He looks like a stuffed bear and has stitches all over. I didn’t see him as often so he’s a bit of a blur.

Personality: She always acts a bit too happy about everything. She looks like she’s made of porcelain but still has the signature button eyes. Her mouth never moves when she talks. Her creepy happy stare can stare through you, and her gaze is impenetrable. She has claws that come out when she needs them and Dot tends to make the most mess with a human, making her and stitches basically enemies.
