Once upon a time, there was an unfortunate artist who lost his way and disobeyed the orders of the God of Creation. This member of Rapoville believed the Book of Life, the Creator's sketchbook, was a tool that everyone should be allowed to use. He learned the consequences behind his actions not long after drawing in it. The Shadow was born from the ink on the page, and the unsuspecting Wilfre soon became corrupted by its power. Once, he was a only a selfish dragon who questioned tradition, but when it entered into the skydancer's head, the newly born Shadow made those feelings worse. He became evil and self-centered, and his thoughts became twisted. In the eyes of the other rapos, his Shadow is a disease, but in his eyes, it's the cure. He now has a firm belief that his fellow dragons will be better off free from their Creator; after all, what kind of god abandons their creations in a time of darkness? So he infects the land, steals the color, destroys everything that the Creator drew to make them understand... and even when they refuse, he does not stop. It's for their own good. But the Creator will never give up either. When one of their creations called out to them, they drew a Hero to rival the corrupted skydancer... the action of a tyrant, keeping its submissive subjects under its thumb... No matter what the Creator tries, Wilfre will never let up his drive to teach the ignorant Creation Dragons about free will.
