Smircheon is not currently available unfortunately. I'm unsure if I will be able to open it up in February or later than that. (Very sorry for the late reply - I've been really busy and completely missed your ping.)

@myndris Please let me know when Smircheon is open again! I have 68 smirch in my hoard that I'd love to get rid of.
