He is powerful in his own right, but also has some delusions of grandeur; he considers himself a Scion of the Plaguebringer. Assigned as Overseer of the Bonestrewn Crest, he acts in a leadership role for the dragons of Clifftown, manages the goings-on of that region, and helps relay information between the Scarwind Keep and the Bonestewn Crest. He is somewhat unhinged but still quite good at management and keeps the dealings of Clifftown running smoothly. He is used to monitor the state of the Eyebite.
