Overseer

Overseer of the Bonestrewn Crest. Acts in a leadership role for the dragons of Clifftown, and manages the goings-on of that region, and helps relay information between the Scarwind Keep and the Bonestewn Crest. Formally, he occupies a role that is the counterpart to Roden, Steward of the Keep. Powerful in his own right, but also has some delusions of grandeur. Considers himself a Scion of the Plaguebringer. Suspected to have sacrificed his parents after a dispute by throwing them into the Wyrmwound. (He is the last child of his parents.)

One of the queen's most devout fanatics.

Somewhat unhinged, but he is still quite good at management and keeps the dealings of Clifftown running smoothly. Granted, clifftown rarely had need of mayorial management, but he works to help resolve disputes, punish criminals, and track deeds and territory allocation (working closely with Tess to do so). He is the authority when authority is needed, though he is somewhat prone to overstepping his boundaries.

Rumored to be sterile, the overseer strongly denies these claims, as it would be an indication of poor personal condition.
