Lore.
.
His is the quiet whisper that makes you jump as you travel woods alone at night. His is the softly spoken word that keeps you going when you are tired and wary.

It began with darkness, most if not everything did. Unad wandered the world in the search of kinship, in the search for family but this he could never find.

During his long travels he found himself in the company of someone similar, of someone as lonely and friendless as himself. With her, with his beloved Neir he settled down in the wintry woods to raise a family, to look after their small ones, to care for Ebon and Buir. But the fate is a cruel lover, for she lead the hunters to their home, for her rule forced the family apart. He was chained down, imprisoned in the woods of old while Neir was driven far away and their small ones taken.

Years, centuries have passed and the lonely dragon has grown apathetic, lazy and uncaring. It lays in the shadows of the trees, occasionally engaging in conversation with those who have settled in the woods to live. When the adults aren't looking he often cracks a smile and shares his food with the young ones of the settlement.
