Relic is a collector of rocks. His hoard includes all sorts of minerals, everything from pretty gems to dull grey stones, little pebbles to chunks bigger than his head. Every stone, he says, has a story; it tells you about the land it came from, its history. They are a valuable source of knowledge, and even the least impressive rocks should be appreciated.

While most everyone in the clan has at least a small collection of trinkets, Kara here is the most serious collector of them all. But what does she collect? Mammertee plushies . She's thought about what it would be like to have hundreds in her lair, and she's decided that it's not enough. She needs thousands.

I feel like I'm discussing Laelia a lot lately, which I guess makes sense since she ended up being the dragon I sent to represent my clan at the Biomagica Academy. I've only just recently begun contemplating the lore of my specific dragons at any length, and all of the at-length contemplations have been due to this event and all the fun games everyone came up with. Before I was only entertaining very general and vague ideas.
Anyway, this is all to say that not all of my dragons are thought out, so I probably have multiple collectors. So far, however, Laelia is my most avid collector. Mostly she likes to collect pretty things and bits of nature she takes a shine to. She keeps her favourites in the underwater grotto she protects which tunnels directly up a thin shaft to the surface, providing light during the day.
She was the first unhatched egg I'd ever found, back before I even realized how valuable they were and clicked it then and there. Pretty sure I would have kept her anyway, purely because I'm sentimental and she was the first unhatched foundling. I figure as a nature hatchling who spent some of her egg days submerged in the kelp beds, she has an affinity for the ocean, and her protected grotto is very much inspired by Disney's the Little Mermaid, though Laelia's collection is not human-obsessed and the collection part of the grotto is an above-water cave.
