Even the Icewarden's own children can struggle to survive the deep winter. But dragonkind persist and persevere. Few can survive on their own, so we gather together, to share resources and technology, and to simply celebrate life. Of course, life is not only harsh in the Southern Icefields, our cousins from all across the north face their own challenges. Because of this, all of Ice would like to invite you to a week of rest, relaxation, and sheer comfort. Without each and everyone one of you amazing people, Gala could never happen. Think about how much would be missing if you had just decided not to help, and that there shows how important you are to this whole operation. So just thank you guys, so much. It's been really hard with all that has been going on in the world and our outside homes, and sometimes its just amazing seeing how you guys can pull through this all with the chaos hounds biting at our heels. The speed that you guys are able to churn out this stuff is uncanny and I hope someday I can get nearly half as fast and good as some of y'all. Each one of you needs to give yourself a pat on the back, and trust me I will be checking to make sure you have >;( [size=4][b] Thank you to our event runners, without you guys there literally would be no Gala: jbapple, LaWombat, JinxMoonstone, squidragon, Tserin, skychickens, and more people who will probably be showing up to help with the fun! [/b][/size] Guys these events are the life blood of Gala. I cannot imagine running something like an event, the serious strain it takes on you is uncanny. So what I'd like to say is, that if you guys need help managing all of it, absolutely do not be afraid to ask. The last thing I want to happen is you to get swamped and be staying up until 4am each day trying to organize everything. These events look absolutely amazing and I want to make sure you will too by the end of these. [size=4][b] Thank you to our Dom Organizations for everything you do![/b][/size] I'd name all of them but honestly I would probably miss some and I don't want to miss any. You guys know who you are and you know you deserve this. You guys are like the council of getting stuff done.
