There was also a bit about giant man o' war or jellyfish type creatures.... Every now and again I think of it, but I can't remember the name and if any of y'all know what the heck I'm talking about please let me know.
Sounds like The Future is Wild to me. My pipe dream is that Serina will someday be adapted into a mockumentary with CGI and puppet creatures in real environments a la Walking with Dinosaurs. Snaiad deserves the treatment too, but alien landscapes like sprogland would probably be impossible to "film" on Earth.

Reminds me of my favorite four-winged dinosaurs, like Microraptor and Changyuraptor. Also because I feel a ramble coming on. Beetle-headed serpents are a large genus inside the Dracoserpentidae, or sea serpent, family. They are large, predatory leviathans, with skulls reminiscent of a stag beetle. The exact purpose of these skulls are unknown. The majority are migratory, deep sea predators, willing to predate on large sharks and cetaceans. They are not to be confused with the false beetle-headed serpent, a docile seaweed-and-invertebrate-eater whose horns mimic the head of a juvenile Prosopocoilus beetle-headed serpent. EDIT: Also have a giant land snail for your time. @Doomwyte: I hate to ask, but what sort of creature is a Dordor again?

Oh yeah, the Gigadon was definitely a highlight of the new fish update. It's beautiful, the size and niche of a great white shark, but smart enough to hunt in packs?!

@sunnySerina
Dordors are one of the small cormorant-like porporants, rather than those big burly lookin’ killer whale-finches.

Also the Gigadon looks like the molly equivalent of a sheephead/hump head wrasse with some trigger fish and the size of a Black Sea Bass. Wrasses are pretty social and livebearers tend to live in dense colonies in the wild, at least on Earth, lol. So it really isn’t far fetched to have cooperative giant fish. Though I’d imagine they’d also vocalize like drums or stridulate like croaking/squeaking catfishes. Or maybe hum like those little bioluminescent midshipmen fish.

And then I had to try to scry a snail too. Though I’m thinking about one of those cream footed giant African land snails. I picked a Wildclaw because of the cap of plumes that kinda looks like a shell??? It looks something like the ripple gene.
