Confirming that 66 QCK is enough for the Scratch build: you get the Haste turn against all physical attackers (48 QCK x2-30=66 QCK).
For other builds, check
Sylvandyr's post regarding turn order and speed tests.

Ah, right, this guide is what got me interested in a Ghostlight Fodder trainer!
I hadn't looked over the finer details until now though. They mention that they didn't test the Anticipate builds at all, unfortunately. But there is some good info there I hadn't noticed before!
I suppose if curiosity gets to me I can always avoid allocating those final stat points past 66 once he hits level 25 and see if it works out. He'll be a bit more squishy but it'll at least show me turn frequency 'n all that.
Although, with my current pace I probably wont be the speediest tester, ha.
but either way, Thank you!
Edit:
Ah, I feel like a goof. I forgot about the Redfoot Variant when I asked originally. I suppose that's the variant I was wondering about. I do wonder how 66 QCK will change things or if the variant takes the new turn order into account (judging from edit dates alone I'd say it was still before the revamp?).
I'll probably still give it a preliminary test at 66 QCK just for the heck of it - but I'm certainly no coli tester, ha.

I just finished my Anticitank, just in time for my flight's Conquest coming up tomorrow, and god, this build is really great. No longer do I have to look at, constantly refresh, or miss Eliminates and then refresh again in the Mire Ever. Again. It's much harder to die/need to refresh with this build as long as you don't have the worst luck ever.

This looks useful! As someone who's gonna start training fodder more I might switch one of my level 25s to this build.
