At least one Light Flight clan has absolutely
made bread with ancient yeast from vessels discovered on an archaeological dig.
Sadly, I have a critical lack of archaeologists (I have no idea why, I should get on that) and it is nobody in my own clan.

Light - soaked in honey with lashings of butter
Earth - very dark hearty rye bread, you could chip a tooth on this stuff but it'll keep you going forever
Plague - intentionally lets it go maggoty. extra protein!
Nature - chock full of seeds and herbs
Wind - wrapped in a banana leaf to keep it fresh and neatly packed for long journeys
Ice - dainty pastries with extra frosting and icing sugar ;)
Arcane - fairy Bread i.e. hella sprinkles
Fire - burnt toast. Alternatively: amazing hot bread cranked out at incredible speeds. their ovens are the most efficient in the world.
Lightning - perfectly toasted with a machine that took longer to calibrate than if you'd just used the breakroom toaster
Water: soggy. ok kidding. they'd have focaccia - spongy and salty. like a sea sponge.
Shadow - mushroom spore-flour bread served with ominously glowing jelly.
