I feel like at one point I saw something like this, but I can't find it now (I did check the index as well as searching the forums, but people talk a lot about chests and most of them seem to be fest chests).

Edit: I ended up throwing a google sheet together to crowdsource some answers--just drop your opened chest payouts on the first empty row in each sheet!
