That's harder to answer than you might think. How much are people seeking low-digits of their own flight? *shrug* There are a lot more players in Shadow than Earth. How many players have the wealth to make a top offer, and again does their flight affiliation affect what they want to buy?
Now, a real driving force might be set completionism; someone wants to get a low-digit flight representative, and the dragon must be of the flight they are to represent. But possibly, they go for a 5-digit instead of a 4-digit, or a 6-digit instead of a 5-digit, etc.
Pricing is an art in the high end section of the economy. Subject to the whims of a few, and what has been up on the market recently. Low-digit Earth dragons do seem to get a price bump compared to other flights, however, good colors, gen1, no offspring, and being Imperial would be bigger price factors. Heh, definitely good colors because scatter quests are expensive, and definitely Imperials because the scrolls are almost unobtainable.

This dragon was technically free since he's my random progen, but his genes and skin cost me a bit. Between opal and the skin he cost around 3kg iirc.

Her UMA was 3kg, Got the Skeletal Chimes when they were 1kg, Plague Sprite and she has 2 gem genes. Definitely worth it but my wallet never recovered.
