TOPIC | When you change your avatar and vista...
Alai was my avatar for a long time, and I changed it to Seirian for a while. I decided I wanted a new theme to reflect my new lore. Now I switch around my avatar and vista more frequently now!

I actually change mine to fit holidays/whatnot! I had Frostfang for the winter months, Rose (V-day hatch) for Feburary, Kiera (my sona) for my birthday, etc.
Right now, I have Italik, because why not. I like him :)

when i first joined i had an avatar dragon, and then i'd change it to my flight rep for flight festival weeks. but then i got tired of that and kept the same avatar for several years (oriana), and then when i finished my current avatar i switched to her. i did change once recently for valightine's i believe, as it was tea party themed and i have a tea dragon.

I only change it once every few months, but the one I'm using atm has been a year. I'll change it up for the best seasonal holiday, greenskeeper ofc, but idk I think I've settled on this one for now and will change it back to this after the event!

I tend to remember people more by username unless they have a particularly memorable avatar, like I'm thinking of people with the goofy Snapper avatars. Which, I also sometimes do (I have a proud collection of goofy Snappers). I tend to rotate avatars and vistas as I feel like it and/or as the seasons change, and hope people don't try to remember me by avatar or they're going to get confused; right now I have Anthony as my avatar because he's rocking the primal eyes I gave him yesterday but I'll have a different avatar by fall if not much sooner.

Always change it every festival to make the celebration, then change it back to something new. I like cycling my dragons as I don't really have any one big favorite.
