Mallow is capable of quite a few whimsical feats - she can conjure up things that help soothe nightmare victims with a snap of her tiny claws. these things are soft blankets, pillows, cups of hot cocoa filled with fluffy marshmallows, and plushies. she will accompany those dragons through the night, humming soft melodies and wiping away their tears, showing them calming images on her reflective glasslike wings (usually of the moon and stars), until they calm down enough to sleep again. when she departs, so do all her "gifts" - but she sometimes let them keep one plushie, leaving them to discover the surprise in the morning (usually this happens to particularly pained souls, or very young dragons). in dreams, Mallow can only be seen as a soft pink cloud of smoke, but she takes on the form of an adorable baby Fathom in the real world, to further appeal to distressed dreamers. she can turn into the same smoke anytime - and this happens if she were to suffer what mortals known as "death". she always exudes a calming, pleasant, sweet scent, not unlike her namesake sweets. she has no elemental abilities/affiliation, and does not share the needs of mortal dragons, and is likewise unaffected by natural elements (heat, cold etc) in any way. Mallow is perpetually surrounded by a warm pinkish glow (that becomes extra visible in darkness), but she does not need light herself to perfectly see everything, regardless of how dark it becomes. she can also naturally see fellow spirits and ghosts, and any magic/spells that work on them does the same to her. [b]Familiar (if applicable)[/b]: Charm (she/it), a [gamedb item=9226]. it is a spirit much like Mallow herself and her companion. unlike Mallow herself, it is forever incorporeal and cannot be touched. seeing Charm in a dream is a sign that Mallow is around - a good omen. she emits a soft pink glow in darkness. Whether it is a being or an object you will protect your charge with every ounce of your heart, mind, body and soul. And when your presence alone is not enough it hurts your pride, but still you persevere and are willing to do whatever it takes to make things right and make ends meet. Kor is a wandering jack-of-all-trades, caught in the crosshairs of bodyguard, bounty-hunter, and general laborer. Whatever pays the bills really. If you want it done and have the treasure he'll do it. Ultimately he prefers to keep things moral and above-table, but in times of desperation he's done plenty of things he's not proud of. He is an outsider here in this clan seeking a moment of refuge and possible work in his travels. The potent venom has her trapped in a half stone state, and as such her movement is very slow, and her voice is unable to function. Though her exterior seems to lack an emotional range, her eyes still convey her mood as strongly as ever. She is also able to emote via long, slow, and expressive motions. When particularly agitated, a violent growl can be mustered. Familiar: [item=Brass Knocker] He calls himself "Mythins" (notably, [I]not[/I] Mittens), and claims to be Runesoul's 'partner'. Able to convey her thoughts and emotions to others, yet he seems to only do so in the form of complicated riddles or meaningless wordplay. He often seems to be more nuisance than boon.

Ilnae knew this, but it still caught her by surprise when the plague-born illness killed her so quickly. Still, that was less surprising than waking up again, decades later for no discernable reason. At this point, Ilnae takes anything she can get. After crawling out of her grave with everyone she'd known dead in their own graves, she roved from clan to clan, trying to find meaning with her new opportunity at life. But she wasn't exactly alive. Ilnae wasn't put back together after her revival, and she remains an emaciated collection of bones, ligaments and hair. In any light, what remains of her shadow magic is used to conceal her form, and even make her feel alive to the touch, but in darkness and during new moons, her true form is visible. It is only when reality isn't concealed that Ilnae can utilize the magic of her birthplace. If injured, the mirage will dissipate. Because of her undead nature, Ilnae doesn't need to eat, drink, or sleep, although she does out of habit, and also because it also makes her feel alive. She keeps her condition a secret, and pretends to have amnesia about her youth. For some reason, Lullaby has never been able to do this. He just can't seem to figure it out! But while he is asleep, the unconscious mind takes over, and the magic that was held within can finally be let out. Just like how someone would sleeptalk, Lullaby has a tendency to sleepcast (Involuntarily, randomly, and without remembering anything the next day). This often manifests as objects and dragons from his dreams briefly showing up around him, accompanied by the occasional sparks and crackles of electricity. This sleep condition makes his rest not fullfilling at all, causing him to still be sleepy during the day. He tries to always be polite and kind as he has been taught, fighting the great evil of tired brain crankiness. Loves reading (and eating) bedtime stories.
