Behold… the long awaited suspicions breakdown. May it shed some light for you, as it hasn’t for me.
Holly
I’m mainly suspicious of Holly because of how aggressively she’s been coming after me for a simple misunderstanding. I’ve tried to clear things up, but to no avail…
(Jelly, if you’re reading this and you’re truly innocent: I never intended to imply that Holly actively had poison on her. I wasn’t even the one who came up with that point - I was simply telephoning what I’d heard in discussion. You fought the claim on the basis that Holly wasn’t carrying poison. I defended against what I perceived you were saying: that Plauge territory had no access to poisons, only diseases.)
Pros
Cons
Thunderdancer
I know the common sentiment is that Thunder’s player wouldn’t be able to pull these kills off, but I think we’re gravely underestimating them. If you take away the meta-knowledge, he’s a scarily good fit for the kills - which, in my mind, implies either Killer or Vengeful.
Pros
Cons
Tequit
Suspicion of Tequit hinges entirely on the prospect that he was able to loophole his way into a house without leaving some sign of it behind (unless, of course, that’s what the unlocked door is about??) He’s a viable candidate, but not first on my list, since I find it unlikely that something so obviously clearing himself would be allowed without some sort of clue given.
Pros:
Cons:
Lingering question: His forum never states that the dragon who invites him into a threshold has to be the owner. That opens up quite a few possibilities for exploitation… if there’s a good excuse for such an exchange to happen offscreen.
And Honorable mentions:
Chara
The only dragon I can think of who could navigate the Dark Cave Conundrum, due to Skydancer senses. But has also behaved consistently Town. I believe it likely isn’t her due to behavior, but she shouldn’t be completely discounted.
(That being said, she’s evidently Seer-cleared? I never picked up on that directly, but it wouldn’t surprise me.)
Stirling
Has been consistently tinfoiled throughout the game, then immediately shot down due to having no skills. I agree it’s likely not him, but also think that’s been a shoddy defense since N1. If you have no skills, how do you kill? By nature, you’d have to develop at least some to get away with murder.
I’ll leave it at this: from my understanding, nobles are often given a fairly well-rounded education. Stirling would have slept through most of it, but might’ve caught on to a few things… and he could’ve drawn inspiration for the kills from plays. He did say he wanted entertainment, and these kills have been pretty entertaining.
Ultimately, I don’t think he’d know half of the things necessary to get these kills to work, but there are some valid reasons to look a little closer at him.

Pros
- Strong magic could help with many of the kill setups
- Not above being excessively gruesome, even though she’d regret it
- “hates nature dragons, but will tolerate them to get away with her goals.” In other words, would probably work with plants if necessary
- “Know your enemy” is a common battlefield sentiment. It’s reasonable to assume Holly would have learned about plants due to it
- In response to the “too weak to throw a bottle” defense: could have supplemented with magic
Cons
- Something about this doesn’t feel right to me. I can’t really explain why. It’s just like the pieces don’t quite fit, even though there’s every logical reason for it…

Pros
- Quick, and stealthy due to size, which is consistent with Killer
- “Soldier in training” - would know about Molotovs, be reasonably confident in challenging Tenebriel, and otherwise have a good deal of battlefield knowledge
- Consistently stalker-y, thus would have more knowledge of the area and its hidden spots
- The insanity of some of these kills fits well with the impression I get of the player. I was the one who brought up the Banescale cereal - not as a personality accusation, but to prove that they’ve done some pretty out of left field things before.
Cons
- I’m skeptical that Thunder’s player would know about things like daffodil bulb poisoning or think of using poisoned glass shards to cause hallucinations.
- Might have some difficulty with some aspects of the setup, due to size.

He’s a viable candidate, but not first on my list, since I find it unlikely that something so obviously clearing himself would be allowed without some sort of clue given.
Pros:
- Knowledge of plants and easy access to a garden
- The only reasonable source of a tarp I can think of (Like, guys, does it seem likely that Laurent was camping with a tarp nearly *four times* his size?)
- Knowledge of the area; would know where things like a snake pit and cave were
Cons:
- No personality match
- Nothing pointing directly towards; all points against him could be replicated by thievery or just plain Killerness
