As adolescents, Veldt and her two sisters fell into/got trapped in Chronopolis, a portal dimension unmoored in time and space. But they decided they preferred it to their birth world and made it their home. Battle-wise, Veldt is a debuffer and ranged damage-dealer, specializing in poisons and curses. ah yes yes my favorite time of year, spoopy times!!! Actually she originally started as silver/blood/sky, but after several years of having her like that, i decided to give her a few scatters. Imagine my surprise when she turned out as leaf/leaf/tarnish. Her story is one of the most complex, involving a war in the arcane territory and the shade infecting her. She spent several years as the leader of my clan, until she was overthrown by Lilith (who is my signature dragon). She was captured by Gaolers and imprisoned until she managed to rid herself of the influence of the shade and return to her clan. Lore wise her scatterscrolls were a result of stripping the shade from her body. She has since retired from leadership of the clan. Imagine my surprise when the plague skin fit her so well. She in my lore is actually the dragon of OTPS. She supports all OTPS in perpetuity. Shes a very cathartic dragon for me, and one of my favorites in my entire lair. Ebola is named after the disease of course, i named her such because of the book The Hot Zone. her outfit is actually one of my favorites i've ever made, and just happened to be an accident. Funny how that works sometimes. I've been meaning to rewrite her lore a bit. I'm fond of him because i scattered his eyes into primal shadow. He's another im really fond of, haven't finished his lore yet, but he's my unofficiall halloween dragon.

@Sinjin ...your lore always leaves me speechless (and a little bit envious of your agile mind!) but when i scrolled down Amber's bio, hungrily absorbing every word, i nearly fell over at the beautiful Art Nouveau picture of Amber at the bottom! *chef's kiss*

@FoggyDownpour ...you only use dark sclera so much because it fits so perfectly! I mean, with that obsidian crackle, how could you even contemplate any other color eye?

She's my lovely autumnal lady. Autumn is my favourite season, and living in an area full of leafy trees the colours of autumn are absolutely lovely -- that's what this little lady is trying to capture! BIG fan of Survival. The colour difference between the tertiary and the fade/blend of obsidian is just SO crisp.

Hestia is a peeeeerfect autumn dragon, I love her warm lovely colours!

Autumn is lovely! I love the purples in their apparel in particular, like a dark red maple tree; I feel like we often ignore the purples of autumn but they definitely exist the more I think of it. The way the woodmask warps the skydancer's face to look more otherworldly – especially with the covering of the eyes – really pushes the idea of this dragon being more than just a dragon.

Urozh is a really gorgeous dragon. I love how his unusual plague eyes are a red-brown, it creates this great depth of colour that I think any other eye type wouldn’t. The bits of green are a lovely contrast to the reds.

Aww, I love Survival and War. The idea of these tiny little drags embodying such big and terrifying concepts is kind of adorable but also somewhat terrifying.

I gotta let you know that Leikny is BEAUTIFUL. That accent puts her on another level, but even without it her colours are a strange combination that works very very well. I never would have expected stone diaphanous to have red of all colours in it.

Bellamira is such a fun and campy take on the gothic aesthetic with her bio/broadcast message, which really, in a lot of ways, is what Halloween is now lol. Her lore is very cute, and baby nocturne in particular just looks so sweet and innocent. I love her<3
