Breath catches in your throat, stuck for how to phrase what you want to ask.
"So," You cough, "You're home, huh? Who- what- what is it like there? Do you think you'll be warmly welcomed?"
Your companion snorts, and he turns his head away from you, "Well," his voice immediately cuts off "Nah. Probably not," He tapped his eyes from what you could see. "I was bred for these- too bad none of my siblings were good enough. One sister was 'alright' though." His voice ends in a higher tone, and it's as if he chocking "But they want me back!"
What should you do?
A - Tell him he probably isn't going home
B - Ask him to help you break out
C - Break out by yourself
D - Something else
