2. Does Selen have any magical abilities and know-how beyond what he's got in his shop?
None that are obvious, if any at all. I haven't thought too much about this so if you feel like it could fit in feel free to get creative but he's not a known magic user (which makes it even more weird why he would be so supportive of the magic academy even though he has no apparent personal benefit from supporting them)
3. How does Selen feel about Rinzler and his shop?
I'm very undecided on that one oof If you have any ideas please go wild!
4. Re: Selen supporting the magic academy -- does he have any dragons in particular he interacts with here, like someone who regularly takes the donations from him?

5. Could I have a brief description of Glitch's personality? (I understand that other dragons see her as shy and awkward, but I'm curious about her own mindset here.)
It's a bit difficult to clearly describe her hmm... To outsiders she would appear a bit clumsy and chaotic but she seems to be very confident in her abilities, just not keen on interacting with other dragons. If I would describe her personality with a few key words besides shy & awkward it'd probably be helpful, nervous, jumpy and dedicated to her job (it's not much but it's honest work :')).
6. Do Selen and Glitch have any significant connection with Unknown beyond what's mentioned in their bios? How do they and Unknown feel about each other?
Not really! Unknown isn't a real dragon with a personality, more of a manifestation of weird energy or a ghost conjured by some mysterious figure to fulfil a task (that is keeping an eldritch horror contained. Physically they were intended to resemble the intimidating appearance of biblical angels, it would be quite memorable to actually see them). Why Selen of all dragons has a connection to Unknown is unclear, it is unclear to Selen himself too! It could be that he actually saw them once and although Selen doesn't remember the encounter itself his subconciousness remembers it. Or it could also be that Unknown has reached out to Selen for a (yet) secret/mysterious reason. To the dragons in the lair it appears as if Glitch doesn't have any connection to Unknown as they don't remember when she appeared (it was at the same time Selen started dressing like Unknown).
If you want to write something about how Glitch and Unknown could be related to each other my first thought was she could be some kind of guardian looking out for Selen so nothing bad happens to him (maybe sent by Unknown). Or she could be a very confused little ghost mistaking Selen for Unknown and serving the wrong dragon :^)
A lot of this is still unclear to me (with some of it being intentional unclear, I like dumb mysterious stories :^D) so feel free to contact me at any time if you have more questions and I'll try and come up with something! One thing I'm still undecided on is if Glitch actually has a "real" personality or if she's more of a very simple ghost reduced to her core characteristics. Or why Selen is so dedicated to supporting the magic academy: What's his motivation, is he hoping for them to make some kind of discovery? Does he just personally like Anthea and her students? Maybe he has a soft heart and doesn't like young dedicated students to struggle. Maybe it isn't his doing at all and someone enchanted him / convinced him to do this (Glitch? Unknown? Anthea? Or one of her students, Pharia?).
