Takea always knew she was destined for more than her clan suggested. When she played with spells, she struggled where others had no issues. Flowing was fine and all, but she always felt the need for stillness. So she was 'doing it wrong', yet it felt right.

The first time she managed to freeze something was met with disgust. That wasn't her element, so clearly she was pulling some silly trick. She should stop wasting so much time planning such obvious tricks and actually study. Or perhaps go out and find her Charge, if she insisted on playing games.

Fury and whispered tales of an order of dragons that knew how to command multiple elements drove her away from home, freezing their mouths shut as she did.

She did find the order that was whispered of, and took a mate in an attempt to help build their numbers. Though he lacked the power himself, one of his children did have the capability. Though the fact she could not be certain the strength would pass on changed her course. She could continue to try for more more useful hatchlings, but should look beyond her own nests as well.

Taking her eldest two sons Takea began her search for other dragons like her. Suffering under those who didn't see what was right in front of them. Eventually they'd outnumber the old, and show them what it was like to be wrong and outdated.
