FOLKS. If you are having trouble with the file formats, i have converted them to .png's for you. Both with and without the back white. Click the link, then right click -> Save as for the image that appears, it should be both a .png and the appropriate size. [img]http://art.unykness.com/images/flightrisingfamiliarcontest/leaf_gecko_contest-wip1sm.jpg[/img] I am starting to get the feeling it'd be better with larger details... x.x (And also not take literal weeks to finish while killing my hand unnecessarily.) Should I make the markings a bit bigger/easier to read in a smaller size? Based on a coleus plant~ <3

I wanted to check a couple things with my entry, which is here: http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/cc/2300441/9#post_29962461

First, I wasn't sure what was allowed to be done with the eyes (gradients, highlights, etc) so I just left the eye with flat colors. But if anyone has any further information on what can be done with them, I'd be interested to know.

Second, it looks like the original flat colors layer goes slightly outside the lines in some spots. Should I erase those parts so that my design fits completely inside the lines, or leave it as is since that is the official flats layer?

@stanley I love your Jack-o-lizard! The color scheme is so nice, and so are the designs and patterns you made. Also I didn't realize they had 6 legs either until I read your post.

@Autopilot I love your entry, probably my favorite of all the cockatrice entries. The colors are beautiful and I love the stripe/contour pattern you did along the body.
